I hate having to go to the store because it’s usually a painfully long process but that was not the case at this ATT location! Andrew got me quickly sat and we went over all of my options. He even went over my bill to help me better understand what I was paying for. Quick and easy process!! Even though this location is not the closest one to my house, I will now exclusively do my phone business here.”

“My best experience by far at a MetroPCS store. I left them for about 6 months and returned back. Went to that store and saw Michelle the store manager. She was wonderful. More than helpful. Got me the phone I wanted at a price that I wanted. Contacted my old provider after they didn't give me the proper information. Went out of her way the next day to download my messaging that I had prior and loved! Just the best service I've had. She was honest upfront everything I was looking for. So if you're looking to get a MetroPCS phone and service or just need a problem fixed. That is the place to go”

“My telephone was doing weird things. It was calling telephone numbers without my doing it. I went to the metro store in Gallatin TN spoke to David the manager. He was very happy to help . David checked all of my account settings, he assured me that all of our account and numbers are secure. He informed me what it would take to clone a phone and make random calls. I was very happy with the way he addressed my problem. And I was satisfied that his assurance was enough. David was great! He was personable, professional, fast, patient and overall a super guy! I am so happy with Metro by T-Mobile. In all this stress due to identity theft I was able to calm down because of him. Thank you David ?”
