“Honestly I’ve viewed many apartments over the years and I can say Jason has been the best leasing manager I have ever experienced! Informative, polite, attentive, and so professional. I’m in the process of seeking out a new place and I honestly don’t know if any of the others can top this. It’s very clean just needs a fresh paint job in some areas but everything else is close to perfect. My 30 minute visit was enough for me to understand why this place has such great reviews. If you needed a sign to move here this is it!”
“I’ve lived in these apartments for over a year now. It is my first apartment and has far exceeded my expectations. For renters- the amenities are well suited for the amount of people living here. A never overly crowded pool or gym, having only 2 buildings is definitely a reason for this. It’s usually very quiet. Every concern I’ve had has been taken very seriously by management. They reply quickly and act effectively. Last year, when I switched my cooling to heating, it went out completely, I told the management staff and a maintenance person showed up 20 minutes later. They are seen constantly keeping the grounds clean, and when seeing the staff they remember my name and say hello!
The only complaint I’ve ever had were with other tenants, which were handled promptly. Even with saying that, every other renter here is extremely friendly. The management here is very personable and has solved even smaller problems- like not being able to find packages. They gave me a call a day after I couldn’t find one. The mail room gets sorted every so often, and they keep an eye out for everyone. Everything here seems to get better and better. There is a train behind the complex and the airport is near by, I’ve read reviews of others complaining about these things- but I was very aware of them before I moved in. If that’s your only issue when choosing a place to live, then that’s the only reason you should look elsewhere.”
“The Luxe at Indian Lake is the perfect blend of luxury, walkability, and convenience. You’re within walking distance of great shops and restaurants while still being in a safe, family-friendly area, and it’s very affordable compared to apartments closer to downtown Nashville with easy interstate access.
The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained with great amenities. Allison and the rest of the staff are truly amazing —kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in their residents. I always felt safe, supported, and so thankful to have had such a wonderful place to call home. Highly recommend!!!”
“My family has been there for a few months and it has been a great experience, we loved the pool, gym and all amenities. Alessandra helped us through the application process and has helped us with work orders too, she’s great and always ready to help. And maintenance team is great and fast to solve any issues.”
“Christina was amazing at showing me around and filling me in on every detail possible. She made me feel at home and treated me like family rather than just another random person. Not only was she extremely patient with me but also kept me kept me in the loop about when she would be in and out of the office so that I could contact her when it was good to. “I have truly enjoyed my time at Stacks thus far. Such a great community to be apart of! Upon move in, i experienced a few hiccups but Annicka was EXTREMELY helpful, attentive to what was occurring she was very open and honest during the move-in process which made things flow a lot easier. Annicka went above and beyond to ensure I had an easy transition to Stacks! Maintenance is always on point! Renovated spaces, a great pool area. Stacks was the perfect pick for me!”

“Haven’t lived in an apartment community in over 7 years and I’m glad I chose Brighton Valley! The entire community is very clean and the maintenance team does a great job maintaining it. The apartment itself is updated so it feels a little fancy and I’m glad there are no hidden fees. I love the location and having an access gate. The office staff is super nice and are always welcoming and very responsive!!”
“It's a family restaurant, the food is good,people are friendly. It's a nice place where you don't have to dress up, you don't have to worry what your kids may see or hear. It's what some people call a meat and three veggies.”
“They help me a lot and they make everything fast they can do and they make us happy and when I ask for help they did help me fast they can and when my bike was lost when I told they about next day they look for it and then they give it to me and there was something at my house they make it as fast as possible and they make me so happy and they are the people that helped a lot and I’m thankful for those people Alex and nick and kers”

Location is safe and clean. Quality and number of amenities far exceed the cost of living so close to downtown!”
