“The serpentine belt broke on a 2001 S-10 and I had stopped at the Mount Juliet AutoZone to get a belt and attention or pulley and the belt they sold me was the wrong belt so I had to take it back and then the lady was real mean that the one in Mount Juliet, and didn’t wanna give him my money back. She made me put it on a card which delayed me being able to get the other belt, but I figured it out regardless, but when I went to the Hermitage store that had in the stock The associate there gave me a belt and it rung up for a different price. Well, it was because he had pulled the wrong belt luckily an associate named Heather was there working I guess on her day off she just so happen to be there and she double checked the numbers and seen that it was the wrong belt and She spotted the belt coming up different. She took her time out of her day to help me. She’s a very good associate and deserves a raise. If you’re ever in there, look for Heather she is more than willing to help you.”
“My car was rear ended with a lot of damage. I went to pick up the car and when I saw it looked better and then drove better than when I took it in . I recommend Hoffman Collision to anyone who would need that type of service. Plus they were so kind and helpful.”
“Saturday, December 13th: Me and my wife were there with our 4 year old boy, looking to get him dirt bike gear. We had a hard time finding boots and a helmet that had a good fit. The guy that was working that day, I wish I could have gotten his name, went above and beyond for us and our kid. He made sure we got a perfectly fitting helmet for our 4 year old’s giant head lol. He also helped us pick out a great pair of boots. And to end it, he gave us a free pair of gloves for our kid. Definitely recommend this store and thank you to the man who helped us get what we needed!”

“I don’t write reviews often, but this one is deserving - Mark & the others at Precision Care are genuinely kind and it’s evident that they care about giving the best solution to their clients. I have never felt pressured into any fix for my car, but their pricing is honest and fair. Turnaround time is quick, and I have not had any other issues on things they’ve repaired for me. I have an older vehicle, so it’s sometimes difficult to find parts, but Mark has taken the time to do research and check wherever he can to take good care of us. It means a lot in today’s high-priced world to have found someone trustworthy and honest!”

“I've had a couple of incidents in the past year that caused damage to my truck. Insurance recommended a national chain give me an estimate first. Then I took it to Pat Bowles. I don't remember the price difference but that's not the point of this review. Nor is it something I prioritize with my vehicles. Maybe Bowles was less, maybe it was more. I don't remember. What I do remember is the attention to detail in repairing it. I know when I call I'll get an answer from someone (Hope, usually) who's friendly and eager to help. Getting an estimate didn't mean I needed an appointment. They took photos and notes and I had my estimate before I walked out the door. Scheduling the repair was easy. And they do great work. Working with a family business that's locally owned is head-and-shoulders above working with a chain.”

“A young driver hit my minvan while I was parked at Walmart. The driver at fault had State Farm, who gave me three bodyshop options. The reviews for Caliber were great, so that plus the friendliness of the receptionist I called led me to dismiss the other two options and go with Caliber.
I turned my car in to Connie. She explained to me how the repair process works, which was quite educational for me. She also messaged me regularly and kept me in the loop regarding the repairs.
I was expecting repairs to take 3-weeks, but they were done in 11 days! It was super fast. To be honest, I wanted them to take longer so I could keep driving the rental vehicle. Lol. Anyway, I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision. From start to finish, I had a very positive experience.”

“Top notch - Cole Brothers installed custom leather seat covers I ordered online. They work with the manufacturer and are the recommended installer. Communication was great-pre/during/and after. Drop-off was easy. Install was as promised! Also took this opportunity to replace the driver seat cushion. Those leather seat covers are awesome. No wrinkles, no bubbles or stretch marks. Outstanding. My truck was returned as clean as I left it. Job as promised. Trust them with your vehicle for what ever you need!”

“My car was overheating. Was able to make it there at 630 am and they didn't open until I believe 730 or 8 am. The manager seen that I was outside and having issues with my car. She opened up and let me make a purchase in hopes I make it back home. Needless to say, it was a bad water pump after all. That afternoon, I called and the manager ordered everything I needed and was able to repair vehicle and I was driving it 2 days later. Will definitely do my business at this store in future.”
