Received my new phone via UPS recently but Verizon sent me the wrong size screen protector with the shipment. Walked into this store and the very helpful and friendly "Kota" made quick work to fix me up with the correct size screen protector for my pro max phone. She even installed it on the spot for me. Every Verizon store needs a "Kota." Thanks again!”

“I don’t do reviews often but the experience I had with a Brian last week deserved 5 stars for sure. I was very unhappy with Verizon’s customer service I’ve received from the Redbank location. Their only concern is sales. I was waiting for AT&T to offer a buy out deal with plans to switch ASAP.
I needed to add a business line to my plan and stopped into Hixson, Brian went above and beyond assisting with porting and transferring the number. It took a few days but he kept in contact, giving me updates after hours and on his day off.
He completely changed my perspective and I’ll be sticking with Verizon.
