“I went in this store because I had gotten the runaround from AT&T when I attempted to switch services. Shaniah showed me my options for updating my phone and helped me lower my bill. She set my phone up and helped me troubleshoot and get my teacher’s discount taken care of. She also helped my husband get his bill lowered with his work phone and we both walked out with updated iPhones. Needless to say, I did not switch to AT&T. Both ladies working in this store were amazing.”

“My boyfriend and I went into this location today bc he signed up for one of the promotions that was offered through T-Mobile customer care. The representative that took care of us ended up messing the whole entire thing up. We went in and Jaleah (I hope I spelled her name right) was a HUGE HELP!
She spent HOURS trying to fix our issues that customer care could not/messed up. Bless her heart.

“I went to AT&T retailer on 2030 n highland ave and was sold the wrong phone and promised stuff that was not true. The worse customer service skills ever Was told I was so called flagged for 30 days that was not true. My bill was going to be 180 a month for one phone and I just had a feeling something wasn’t right. So i went to this corporate AT&T where they informed me that the stuff I was told was inaccurate and they took the time to help me resolve the issue and then I got the phone and watch I wanted no problem for less then a hundred a month with insurance . I would recommend them to everyone. The greatest customer service skills i had ever seen.”

“Very thorough. Checked my entire phone even though it was only a cracked screen. Screen had to be ordered. Arrived 2 days earlier than promised. Dropped phone off for repair. They said 1.5 hours. Was ready in an hour. Would recommend. Though I hope not to need them, if I do, would definitely use them again.”
