“My truck was sagging in the back whenever I had a load or pulled a trailer. New air shocks took care of the problem. Dropped it off in the morning and it was ready by mid afternoon. Their shuttle service took me home and later picked me up when my truck was ready.”

“My son has a manual transmission and he had a leak. He put it in the shop in Trezevant and they charged him 1200 and when he got the car back, he still had the leak. I called around and was told BILLS TRANSMISSION was good and he would stand behind his work, which the shop in Trezevant did NOT do. We had the car towed to Bills and crossed our fingers. My son picked his car up yesterday and it’s fixed! It drives like a brand new car! If you have transmission problems, do yourself a favor and skip the rest, go to the BEST! Thank you BILLS TRANSMISSION for all you did. If I could give 100 stars, I would.”

“My car went to them for a starter issue I work with I believe David….i was suppose to come get my car today 8/13….but I got the worse news of my life that I gotta go unplug my mom…I called David and asked him could I come get my car on the 26th when I get back in….david told me yes sure just keep in contact with him and if I make payments it can sit longer…because we all know this laying someone to rest process can take time….the weight that came off my shoulders by not having to worry about my car back home…this my first time at this shop but it won’t be my last DAVID I just wanted to say thank you from Crystal Cobb you didn’t have to but you did and I’ll never forget that UPDATE:: 8/26/26 I went to pick up my car today and she’s riding amazing idk how but my car went in with the AC not working and it’s working now my car not making no noises like I’m very happy and will going back”
“I tried CB for the first time Tuesday. They are close to home so I figured I could walk back home. I took my Ram 2500 diesel in for an oil change. The waiting area was clean and sharp looking. The had beverages and snacks available, along with ample seating. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. And their dress code was quite professional. They offered me a shuttle ride home, which was a pleasant surprise. They kept me apprised of my vehicle's progress via text msg. Soon, I received a call that my vehicle was ready and that they had suggestions about prospective issues that they noticed, giving me the opportunity to have them do the work or postpone it for another time. They sent a shuttle to pick me up from home to pick up my truck. My first-time experience with CB was very pleasant and I would use them again and tell my friends.”
“I can't say enough good things about this Father and Son team. Both are honest and fair, more than they have to be. I had used him back in 2005 when my mustang needed transmission work, I and remembered how honest he was. I have since moved 2 hours away, and came all the way back when my pick up needed transmission work and I am beyond happy with them both.”
“This business came highly recommended by a trusted mechanic who didn’t usually mess with transmission issues. I have an older van that was just not worth the money to fix. Jim and Hunter tried to salvage it but it just didn’t make sense financially. They put the part in that usually fixes the problem and unfortunately it didn’t work. I received more than 90% of my money back and an apology that they couldn’t help me. I will highly recommend Clement to anyone with a transmission issue in the future.”
