“Ever had are have a person at store tell u hold on am with a customer and the customer did know what he are her want in a a portable speaker so I ask if I can pay my bill why they made up there mind ... I was told to hold on just a minute done been there for 15 mins waiting patiently I have my wife and kids in the van waiting on me time is not a thing you hold on to when you are kind of in the mood to get things done you get them done so I left going out the door I said I'll hold on to a minute you can have all afternoon to help them I went to the other store in Johnson City was. “We have been T Mobile users for over 16 years. Thier customer service has always been great. Today though, one of the team members went above and beyond in my opion. Daniel, whom turns out is the store manager, was amazing today in so many way. First he understood what we needed in replacement of my son's phone, he was cognizant of the budget and price point I needed stay when we relaized our trade in wasnt going to do what we wanted, he suggested another option that not only did what we needed it to without being way more than necessary but also was in the budget I could afford. He didnt try to push for more expensive or upsale and am very appreciative of that. But the thing that really stood out, was how he interacted with my son. My son is Autistic and has speech issues and has very unique hyperfixations. He was so polite and engaging with my son and asking questions and never once came across as irritated or annoyed (which we get often with people dealing with my son foe the first time). He answered his questions and calmed his worry about what would transfer from his old phone to his new and then spoke and listened as my son talked about his fairly obscure and unique hyperfixaction hobby and music he liked. This was everything for me as a parent of an autistic child esp one that is older teen. A great phone company, fair pricing, and incomparable customer care.”
“I gave the place five stars because, hey, best buy. It's a shame almost because last I remember best buy was just a sprawling expanse of electronic goodness and stepping in here made me sad. I was still greeted by a friendly face and a few steps in got the overeagerness I always remember them for and was expertly guided to customer service to effortlessly secure my online purchase.

“This establishment does NOT decline restroom use to children of any kind. There happened to be a work order due to flooding in the restrooms where piping was backed up with bile, due to clogged toilets causing it to come up the drains in the flooring. As you can imagine this involved the landlord, contractors and etc to fix and is an ongoing issue. Those requesting the restroom are directed to the same places the employees use them for now. Five Below does not discriminate over bathroom usage. It is not rude to let customers know the bathrooms are out of order, things happen out of their hands at times just as anyone or everywhere else. Children are welcome to dribble balls in the store and have fun, that’s their motto, however we still have to care about the safety of our handicap clientele and other shoppers in the midst. If the child is throwing the ball across the store or knocking products over on to the pathways of other shoppers, they will be asked to not throw the balls or etc, this shouldn’t be frowned upon for caring about the well being of other customers. Please be considerate. The shopping establishment owners have parking lot rules and do not allow cart corrals for Five Below or even their neighbor Old Navy and etc, this is the reason you may be asked to keep your cart inside. Thank you!”
