“I always find what I am looking for, this time it was a plastic 3 or 4 smaller drawer on wheels to fit under the sink in my son's apartment. I also needed a few makeup items. The bathrooms are always nice and clean. I was in and out of there in less than 40 minutes.”

“If you ever need Verizon customer service in the Kingsport area go to the East Stone Drive location and ask for Chris Shipley. He was amazing and helped us solve a problem that multiple employees over chat couldn’t fix. We were told we would have to get a new number and give up one we’ve had for over 20 years. Thanks to Chris that was not the case. He got us squared away and fixed out the door in less than 30 minutes. You did an amazing job. Thank you for your help.”
