“First time in this store. I found what I was looking for fairly quickly. It was Black Friday so the store was pretty busy. Didn't have to wait to long at checkout.”
“I purchased furniture from Lenoir Empire Furniture after finding them on an internet site. I was ambivalent about buying from a store so far away ( live in NY) but the price was excellent and AAron made the transaction easy. I received the furniture in 3 weeks from N. Carolina! Most of the local stores told me it would take 2-3 months! The delivery company (D& D Delivery ) that they used was excellent as well. They delivered the furniture to NY 4 days after they received it in their warehouse and adjusted the doors on the unit when it was delivered. They let me inspect the unit after it was unloaded and then carried into the house with care. I would purchase from Lenoir again without hesitation.”
“I ordered a bedroom set in May and was told that will be there in August in mid-September still have not received the entire set. So I asked for a portion to be delivered. Zak's was nice enough to deliver it. I was told that the other unit would be in later. Two weeks ago they called and said the unit was in and I requested an afternoon delivery. They scheduled me for two weeks later. I just got a call was told that they would be delivering it first thing in the morning. When I called to complain, they adjusted the time.”
“Went to get a Christmas tree on sale. The associate in that section was running 100mph trying to get every the tree they needed. Most of the trees people were getting were sold out so they were selling the floor model. Despite all the customer's hovering around her she was polite and professional and took less then 10 mins to get our tree(we were the last to ask her for one) Should have got her name but hands down EXCELLENT customer service”

“I keep forgetting to get my cashiers name, but she is always so friendly! She has short black hair with tinsel. She checked me out at 3:10 PM on February 4th. She is always so personable and interacting with each customer, Im usually a self checkout person but now I look forward to going through her line and talking to her.”
