My wife had to change her phone due to incompatibility with an app she needed and William was extremely helpful. He got her phone swapped and transferred all her apps. Great customer service!

Wasn't a great experience. Customer service personnel, phones on display, availability, knowledge and effective communication about each phone was very poor. Need to do alot more on quality staff recruitment and training.
