I have probably hAd to call them 15 times in the last 18 months. Their service is terrible and so have most of my communications with them. Would not recommend them at all. So frustrating.

The installation guy didn't bother to check my modem prior to installing to see if it was compatible. They require a VDSL2 modem. A cable modem will NOT work with their services, then waited on hold for almost an hour to reach someone to cancel the service. Wasn't very helpful overall.

Recording says this phone company's voice mail is full, then hung up on me. Unbelievable. Will probably cancel our service with them.
