“I had a great experience at this store! Gabriel Pitts helped me out, and he was very friendly and had excellent customer service. I had only came in for a charger for my new phone but I ended up grabbing a new Tmobile home internet and it’s been amazing so far! I’ve been able to work from home while my kids play video games downstairs. I really recommend working with Mr Pitts when you go to their kingsport location! 10/10 experience”
“We had such a great experience at the Verizon store in Kingsport! Hailey and Ryan both went above and beyond to help solve all of our issues. They were incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to make sure everything was fully resolved.
The rest of the staff there are wonderful as well. We’ve visited other Verizon stores closer to us, but we actually drive about 45 minutes to this location because we know we’ll always get great service and leave with our problems fixed.
