“I like this location as it is close to my employment but WHY do they not have the “Membership Line” open, ever? That’s one of the perks of having said Membership, to skip the line in front of the folks who don’t. Very aggravating when having to wait 20 minutes for two customers in front of me to sign up for the membership I currently pay for.”

“So I was reluctant to stop here due to past experience with Zip and pulled into the carwash spot just to use the vacuums and Kimani met me and was wonderful. Apparently people just use the vacuums with out getting their cars washed often. He is making wonderful changes and I became a customer again to to his attention to detail.”

The fine people at Diamond worked their magic and transformed my car from looking like Alabama yard art to a proper land yacht. I should have got a "before" picture because it was COVERED in that hemlock aphid crud. I loved their work so much it had me taking the long way home! I'll always come to them for my other cars, and I'll be recommending it to my friends. Get that membership card up and running - I'll be there!”

“Have had vehicles ceramic coated and maintained by Ryan and his guys for a couple of years. We have pets and they get all the hair out. They do AWESOME work and the vehicles look FANTASTIC!”
“Great staff, hard workers, thorough job! Definitely one of the pricier truck washes I’ve been to but most definitely worth it!! Anybody says other wise, well I don’t have anything to say about that. These guys walk around checking and double checking with flashlights and all. They ask you to come check over their work so if there is something you didn’t or don’t like they’ll fix. That would be the time to speak up. Prestigious job and very well pleased! My baby shining like new and she’s a 2002. I gave 2 stars because although the service was outstanding I had a problem. To make a long story short be cautious of getting your engine cleaned because they are definitely not taking any responsibility what so ever! To be safe don’t get your engines washed. I would have gave a better rating if management would have handled my issue more professionally. Needless to say I got everything worked out on my end without any extreme measures and costs. Just a little elbow grease, some tools, some favor mercy and grace from the man upstairs, and some mechanical knowledge. I was able to over come my mountain. Other than that I’ll definitely be back but never again for an engine wash! In closing, great place to get a truck wash just don’t get your engine cleaned especially for older trucks.”
“Awesome, convenient and efficient car wash! This was my first visit to Miracle Car Wash. I purchased the basic/standard wash, which is very reasonable (I believe $16) and it completely removed the dust and pollen from my red Corolla. Naturally, they have many car wash packages to choose from, depending on your individual needs. The wash facilities are immaculate and well maintained. Very accessible from Northshore Drive. Miracle also provides free vaccums. I was very impressed with Miracle and very pleased with the quality of the wash.”
“It's convenient for me because I live nearby, good service, but when the lady in charge is there she has no patience, I drive slowly so as not to damage my vehicle but it seems that she is bothered when I am careful.”

“Young man was very kind & helpful! He saw me struggling to use the machine that will clean your mat once you feed it in……was only the driver side (all weather) mat, he ultimately went and sprayed it off for me bc for whatever reason it wouldn’t take that one mat. The other 3 worked fine.”

“Did a fair amount of research to locate a local car wash that will accommodate my oversized truck. One of the only places I found that will accommodate large trucks without an automatic tunnel — tunnels with rollers etc are known to damage our rigs.
Height- this location will accommodate up to 7’2”. Will accommodate large tires… just not a dually.
You do go through a tunnel, however the tunnel is for water recapture. No brushes, rollers. Approx 4-6 employees wash your truck by hand with soap sponges / pressure washers. Ortho g mechanical touches the truck.
Make sure to turn off “auto windshield washers”. Wider rigs, make sure to fold mirrors
Staff will wipe down,dry exterior and treat wheels
Full service interior, staff will vacuum, wipe down, clean inside
Waiting area - have clean bathrooms, area is fairly comfortable and clean with free WiFi — men’s bathroom missing paper towels and TP during my visit. Coffee machine out of order.
Exterior seating area with tv - tv not working during my visit - woulda been great if they had on college football games!
On a clear weekend day, expect a line and a significant wait - was here 1.5 hours AFTER they checked me in / paid.
Make sure you have cash for tips if you opt for interior cleaning. The team hustles! 2-3 employees will be servicing your interior and exterior wipe down
All in all…. Solid choice for oversized trucks. Will be back”

“Touchless wash works great if your car is ceramic coated. As for everyone saying it says $4.50 and then pending charge is $15 on their statement, I'd guess that corrects itself by the time it clears your account. Almost every wash like this will run your card for a pending amount and then the actual amount used is what clears your account.”
