“CLEANEST HOTEL I HAVE BEEN TO IN A WHILE!!
Rooms were fresh. You could smell the clean.
They offer dinner, 3 Drinks, and breakfast with your stay!!!
I had nachos and tortilla soup.
My husband had everything 2 tacos,nachos, a hot dog, and anything else out lol It was There were a couple of staff for help and to wipe tables they kept everything well stocked and clean
Drinks were a really nice touch with dinner. I got a whiskey coke. They have specialty drinks as well. We were not too excited about the 2 beer choice but light and a local IPA they also have wine.
Breakfast had everything also.
The pool and whirlpool were perfect to end the evening. The water temperature was excellent.
I really enjoyed staying i hope to come back soon!”

“Nice location and great value. Cant beat an indoor pool as well. Rooms are clean. Water in the sink was very high pressure but the shower wasn't as hard. Also found that I needed to run the sink to keep the shower hot. Our room was on the 1st floor and could hear someone rolling their chair around there room. Wasn't worst, just metal door and hard floors don't muffle the sounds.”

“Hands down the best service I've had in the US. I only expect service like this in Europe....so good. It allowed me to enjoy my stay twice as much. There were a couple of minor hiccups with the room and they went above and beyond to correct. This was my first time in Knoxville and I'm excited to go back and will definitely be staying here again.”

“This place is amazing!! The bed is so comfy! They have a bar, bistro downstairs with an awesome bartender Ilene I've been in the restaurant business my whole life and she is a great bartender. She makes you feel right at home oh yea she makes a great cocktail!! Thank you Ilene your great! My room is perfect with a GREAT view. Ill definitely recommend this hotel if your ever in downtown Knoxville come stay at this hotel!! You won't be disappointed!!”

“In October of 2025, My daughter and I got off the highway due to an accident. She was experiencing trouble with her laptop and had an essay due and it was crunch time. We pulled into this location and walked in and met Josh Heidel. He was fantastic, helpful, polite, quick, you name it-he was it!! She needed 12 pgs. printed and it was late at night with nothing opened. He got us hooked up right away and papers printed and she was good to go. He didn't have to do this nor was this part of his job but he came through for her and we are forever grateful for going the extra mile. Josh, I hope you know you made our nerves at ease knowing you jumped in to help right away. Thank you Josh!!”

“My daughter and I spent Saturday evening. The staff was wonderful and very pleasant and we had no issues with the parking despite the construction. Location is excellent.I’d suggest adding coffee somewhere in the lobby for guests and for the restaurant to take a little extra time to heat the buns for the burgers which were served cold.Walkability: Very close to Market Square.”
“Booked this from the road while traveling. Used the Hilton Honors app, checked in and got a digital key. Since we arrived kind of late, we were able to go right to our room. Clean and tidy. Tru is a bit more bare-bones than other hotels, but I knew this. No coffee maker or microwave. Nice to have a fridge, though! Comfy bed, great tv system. Slept great and enjoyed breakfast the next morning before checking out on the app. Would stay here again for sure.”

“My stay overall was pretty good. the bathroom in the room could use chair height commodes. the older we get, its sometime hard to get up. the tv was not very good. could not scroll thru the guide, had to wait for it to scroll on its own. and not much but sports on it. If you are not a sports person, not much to watch. room was very clean.Rooms: need better tv and chair height commodes.Nearby activities: was on a military reunion.Safety: seemed safe.Walkability: didn't walk much.Food & drinks: breakfast was pretty good. could have used real eggs instead of the watery kind. otherwise it was good.Noteworthy details: easy to get to and return home from. sat close to interstate.”

“The lady at the front desk was really nice. This hotel is surprisingly nice. We'll certainly stay here anytime we're in Knoxville for our favorite brewery (Xul). The rooms were nice and clean the beds are pretty comfortable. Even the continental breakfast was pretty solid. They even have a gym!!”
“We stayed here twice on our trip. Once headed out and once coming back. The front desk clerk was accommodating and personable. She's why we came back.
We had a pet and had to stay on pet floor. 1st stay was ok. But 2nd stay we originally had 308 and the pet smell was unbearable. So we changed rooms”

“We had to stay 3 nights because of a power outage in our neighborhood. I wasn't going to be inconvenienced by going to a cheap hotel. I was already out $2700 just to get power on at my house. My dad used to say, "it's only money." This was worth it.
Noteworthy details: It's off the interstate. It's not so much a vacation spot. But it was money well spent for the comfort.”
“Mary, the night manager, helped make our stay outstanding. We arrived late after a long day and she was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We left in the early morning for our road trip, and Mary remembered us and made check out quick and courteous. Thank you for having grab and go breakfast, too.”

“Absolutely amazing! Best customer service I've seen in a while! We booked 2 nights at the Hilton for my daughter's volleyball tournament. It happened to snow about 4 inches Friday into Saturday. The staff was prepared, available, and so kind. It was one of the only sidewalks in the whole city that was clean and free of ice and snow. Thank you for making a semi-stressful weekend great!”
“Great location for downtown Knoxville. It's unfortunate they charge you $20 to park on site.. There are parking garages/lots close by that are cheaper if that matters to you. The staff are super friendly, and request a room on the quieter side of the property if one is available. Would stay here again.”
“I did a trip to Tennessee, Nashville, Knoxville, and a few spots in between. This was one of the better priced but also a very comfortable hotel. Was it perfect? No was the bed comfortable? Yes was the room clean, yes.
If I had a complaint it would be the breakfast. Your choice of hot food was oatmeal or waffle. So I walked across the parking lot and went to cracker barrel.
But if I travel the route again I will definitely stay in that hotel. I have no no reasons why I wouldn't.”

“Great little hotel for an overnight stop. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We brought our small dog with us, and we were pleased to see they had a place right near one of the exits for us to take him out, and they had a poo bag station right there.
I do want to recognize one of the amazing staff members James. He's one of the maintenance guys, but he went above and beyond for my wife and I. We went over to the lobby to grab a coffee after our long road trip, but the coffee was cold. We went to grab a juice from the juice machine, but it was turned off. James saw us and asked if he could help. He offered us some lemonade, and gave us some fresh hot coffee. He also stayed and chatted with us for a bit and told us about the area. It made us feel at home while away from home. His hospitality was amazing, and we're very grateful. Give that man a raise, because it's hard to find people that genuinely care about others. Thank you James!”

Nearby activities: 3 minutes to get to Knoxville and Interstate System by car have a Papa John's a Subway and a Wendy's plastic convenience store within a 5-minute walk distance total. But I would not suggest to Wendy's as is the management of quite rude. You are not able to walk up to the drive-thru if you don't have a vehicle and on a trip, is considered illegal
Walkability: You can watch the interstate exit in the waffle house within 15 minutes if you desire
Noteworthy details: Convenience store next door to the hotel is quite well supplied and very very customer-friendly”
