“Had a nice time just outside of Knoxville, despite tge rather strange series of events the morning after our arrival. Decided to get away for the weekend and invited my best friend to come along which turned out to be the biggest mistake of the entire trip. She spazed out the morning we were supposed to be siteseeing and having a good time screaming and crying for an ambulance because she thought her arms were catching in fire. Turns out it was from the taco bell we has eaten on the way down the night before. It was quite stupid actually, my husband fresh outta the hospital from an aneurysm he certainly didnt need her sorted dramatics but what can I say... she does this. The room and the hotel itself were nice and clean, nice staff, great free breakfast included with your stay. The pool whike toxic from the abundance of chlorine bleach you could smell from three miles down before even seeing the establishment proved only to amplify the 'burning arms' crisis. So, along with the hot dogs i couldn't stop devouring proved comfortoting in those moments of existential crisis. She and her arms survived, my husband and I not so much. Thanks comfort inn, we appreciate your hospitality and your poison cauldron pool.”

“CLEANEST HOTEL I HAVE BEEN TO IN A WHILE!!
Rooms were fresh. You could smell the clean.
They offer dinner, 3 Drinks, and breakfast with your stay!!!
I had nachos and tortilla soup.
My husband had everything 2 tacos,nachos, a hot dog, and anything else out lol It was There were a couple of staff for help and to wipe tables they kept everything well stocked and clean
Drinks were a really nice touch with dinner. I got a whiskey coke. They have specialty drinks as well. We were not too excited about the 2 beer choice but light and a local IPA they also have wine.
Breakfast had everything also.
The pool and whirlpool were perfect to end the evening. The water temperature was excellent.
I really enjoyed staying i hope to come back soon!”

“Great location close to market square! Also, fun fact, birthplace of the SEC! CJ at the front desk was amazing and accommodating and made us feel more than welcome. Additionally, the valet service made parking and baggage handling a breeze. Definitely recommend!”

“This hotel was beyond perfect. Such a good location to a concert we were attending. The staff was absolutely incredible. They really made it worth it and was so kind and genuine, they made it so much better. You can stay anywhere but when it's personal and people care and are kind, it really hits different and makes you happy and makes you smile.”

“We had the most wonderful experience working with the Tru for our wedding weekend. The management and staff at the hotel were so kind and so accommodating throughout the weekend. They really went above and beyond with the details and with making us feel special. They made a custom link for us to provide our guests when booking through the block and the booking process was very easy and transparent. After we picked our wedding date, a large festival got scheduled in Knoxville for the same weekend, but the Tru maintained the agreed discounted rate and allowed us to reserve more rooms in our block up until the last minute. They put up posters with our engagement photos in the lobby for our guests to sign, left celebratory treats in our rooms, and even left gifts in our parents’ rooms. They distributed our welcome bags into our guests rooms before they arrived and made the entire weekend a seamless experience for not only us but for our guests. We even had our dog with us for part of the weekend and they were extremely welcoming and provided lots of dog-friendly recommendations around the area. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Special thanks to Austin who was extremely helpful in the planning/booking process!”

“I had the pleasure of staying at this Marriott for a financial conference. At the onset, the first front desk person was disappointing but then came Natasha! Natasha was so lovely, exuded perfect customer service and was overall friendly and helpful that I stopped by upon checking out to tell her how appreciated she was. She is knowledgeable about the area and resolved the issue with the mysterious sound in the shower that kept me from sleeping that first day. This hotel is away from the loud traffic and emergency vehicles on the main street but very convenient to everything! My time in Knoxville was blessed, with Natasha being the icing on the cake. Thank you Marriott and thank you Natasha!!”

-comfortable room
-new decor
-a walk in shower
-great workout facility

Not high-end luxury but just nice. Service at the desk has been great, but the bar tender could be a little nicer. Morning breakfast however you want it.”

“Whenever I travel to Knoxville on business, the Best Western Plus Knoxville Cedar Bluff Hotel is always the very first place I check, hoping the rate is reasonable. If it goes over $100 including taxes, I have no choice but to look elsewhere, but it remains my top preference.

While it might not seem like a budget option purely based on price, the value comes from everything else: the front desk staff are genuinely friendly, and the rooms are quite clean. Although the property shows some signs of age, you can tell it is extremely well maintained. The water pressure in both the shower and the sink is great, and the bed was very comfortable.

As long as the price fits my budget, I would love to stay here again on my next trip.”

“We had a lovely stay here! We arrived at 1am last night and we're greeted almost immediately after coming through the doors. The staff was very attentive to our needs and was very professional. We didn't get a chance to try breakfast but they had two full dedicated counter tops to serving breakfast so i imagine the selection is extensive. The coffee i had this morning was delicious and I'm not a big coffee person. The room was very comfortable and the showers had very very good water pressure. I have a small complaint that the ac was making a rattling noise that made it a little hard to fall asleep, but once i fell asleep i was out like a light. Other than that 10/10 I loved this stay.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the Christmas Holiday. There is a spacious lobby and sitting area where they serve a delicious breakfast every morning. They had hot cocoa which was a bonus for the kids. We also enjoyed taking pictures with the elf cutout they had by the front desk. Our room was comfortable with a kitchenette and desk.”

My family and I found ourselves in Knoxville under the most agonizing circumstances—our loved one was Air-lifted to UT Medical with a cardiac arrest. In the midst of our chaos, Hardik and Roshane at the front desk showed us a compassion that went beyond mere professionalism—they reached into our hearts with kindness and genuine care. “Upsides: The room was clean, the shower water pressure was awesome, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the front desk worker was nice! Downsides: there is NO hot tub which was disappointing. Don't trust Google, booking.com, or other third party website descriptions as they are not correct. I was specifically looking for a hotel with a hot tub. They do have a pool, but unfortunately it wasn't clean. There was some green algae buildup on the walls and bottom of the pool, and a lot of dead bugs floating around. We decided not to use it. Lastly, we couldn't use the bathroom light because it was flickering so badly. Otherwise the stay was nice and pleasant.”

“Rooms are pretty dated, but you can't ask for better when needing a roof over your head especially in tight situations. The location is perfectly close to nobs and right on the bus line so I'm able to commute back and forth to work as well. The property sits in a convenient location close to stores and restaurants, and they're doing their best to give it, their tenants and all the rooms the proper treatment it needs. Always trust the process. I've stayed here multiple times and leave the room clean and strip the bed and leave towels so housekeeping isn't overworking themselves. In our quest to finally land an apartment after losing our house, we 100% continue to plan to stay here. I can't wait to see the growth and changes this lovely place prepares to slowly have as they work their butts off to make it the best experience for all. Currently going through some growing pains in the hunt for long term management but the fill ins are phenomenal and doing their best!”

“This has been such a wonderful experience and truly the perfect place for me, my husband, and our dog to stay while I’ve been managing multiple doctor appointments. Having somewhere so peaceful and comfortable to return to has made a difficult time much easier and given me a place where I could genuinely rest and heal.

The room is incredibly spacious, and both the bed and couch are very comfortable. The air and temperature in the room have been great, and I especially love that the window opens for fresh air. The blackout curtains are perfect for the days when I haven’t slept well and need to rest. There are also plenty of plugs throughout the room for all of our devices and everything else we need.

It has felt comfortable and welcoming for all three of us, including our dog, and I’m incredibly grateful we found this place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!”
