“I recently was attempting to assist a gentleman after his cell phone service was cut off. He thought was a Verizon phone and I took him to the Verizon store on Broadway in Knoxville. Two employees, Marq Martin and Gabe Love spent over 20 minutes researching the issue. It turned out it was not a Verizon phone but one that uses Verizon's network. They told us exactly what we needed to do to resolve the issue. Marq and Gabe were extremely patient and professional. They are greatly appreciated.”

(Knoxville, Chapman Highway, Verizon store) I just took a trek to many other wireless brand stores… many times only 1 person… when I entered here about 5 extremely professional and energetic Workers!
