“I discovered this gem of a nursery as it is close to where I live. I have always had houseplants. In my most recent move from Texas, none of my plants made it to my current home, that’s what happens when you move in Winter. I decided to get a couple plants and wanted better quality and locally grown. Will was super helpful and listened to what kind of plants I have had previously and what I already had. I have since bought 2 plants and pots of amazing quality from here and their organic potting soil they stock. I had 2 days off so had to check them out. I even got some tips on watering them from a couple of the other employees. I definitely will be back but for right now, I have enough plants for the space I’m working with. I recommend this nursery highly over any of the gardening centers in the chain stores. The people are friendly and informative and provide AMAZING customer service. The variety of plants and pots as well as soil and other necessities is fantastic. The prices are great for the quality of the plants and other products. Don’t sleep on this nursery. They have more than just houseplants. Highly recommend them! A more than 5 star experience. I attached pictures of my plants and pots from this nursery.”

“Our Local Community Home Depot has amazing kids event.They have this event, the 1st Saturday of each month for kid's age 5-12 years old.This Home Depot Program is great for single moms, with sons.The entire staff at Home Depot, goes out their way to teach kids how to fix things at home for mom.And they also offer tools and kits, for each child to build and to take home.The event is free and each child gets an apron and a pin, plus takes home cools projects each month.Thanks, Home Depot for outstanding customer service and community service, for the entire single mom raising sons alone.”
“I love this store! The employees are true experts at what they do and have excellent advice, whether it's about your chainsaw, your garden, or your backyard birds. I have never been there when the employees were not happy to see me and help with whatever brought me there. They will even carry your purchase to the car! Who does that anymore? I've gotten everything there from my lawnmower to a gorgeous ceramic planter, to clover seed. They also have the best price in town on Happy Frog potting soil. If you want to see excellent customer service in action, stop into this place. They have a gorgeous houseplant selection as well.”
“Go here often and they almost always have what I need in stock and the customer service is always good.
The only critiques I have is - the cashier should default to sending an email receipt. There have been a couple of times now that I have check out and the cashier speeds through it and doesn't send the email receipt, which is my preference for record keeping.
Second, renting the work truck takes longer than it should. I have had to rent it multiple times, and each time I end up having to do all the paperwork. Why? It is 2025. First rental, yea. Paperwork. Second rental? Third? Should just be looking up my name, seeing it is done, and handing over the keys. It isn't just an inconvenience to me, but it is an inconvenience to the service reps. They seem to be the busiest people in the store, and the last thing they want to deal with is the dang truck stuff!”

Depending on the structure, the work may involve modifying the opening, installing new trim, and completing drywall or other finishing work. Compared with a narrow or awkward passage, a properly planned opening can create a more connected layout. Structural considerations are important before making changes to an existing wall. A completed doorway project can improve accessibility and contribute to a more open interior arrangement.”

I did not make it 1 min in that store before Tommy greeted me and asked if I needed anything, and then radioed a person to meet me at the products location so they could retrieve it for me!

“Place is usually not super crowded and that's why it's my absolute favorite... Lol. This location, the Sevierville location, and Maryville location are all about 15-25 min from my house but I always choose this one because it's way less stressful to me than going across the street where it's always busy at lowes (also H Dizzy 4 ever 🤘)”
