“This was literally one of the best visits to any store ive ever had. Im a real customer and I had a very good experience. I went there for dog food but ended up buying some trees as well. Melissa and Kelly were beyond helpful. They helped load the trees, they stopped what they were doing just to help me. Melissa is the definition of a good customer service agent! “Go here often and they almost always have what I need in stock and the customer service is always good.
The only critiques I have is - the cashier should default to sending an email receipt. There have been a couple of times now that I have check out and the cashier speeds through it and doesn't send the email receipt, which is my preference for record keeping.
Second, renting the work truck takes longer than it should. I have had to rent it multiple times, and each time I end up having to do all the paperwork. Why? It is 2025. First rental, yea. Paperwork. Second rental? Third? Should just be looking up my name, seeing it is done, and handing over the keys. It isn't just an inconvenience to me, but it is an inconvenience to the service reps. They seem to be the busiest people in the store, and the last thing they want to deal with is the dang truck stuff!”

I did not make it 1 min in that store before Tommy greeted me and asked if I needed anything, and then radioed a person to meet me at the products location so they could retrieve it for me!

“Place is usually not super crowded and that's why it's my absolute favorite... Lol. This location, the Sevierville location, and Maryville location are all about 15-25 min from my house but I always choose this one because it's way less stressful to me than going across the street where it's always busy at lowes (also H Dizzy 4 ever 🤘)”
“We went to Lowers to shop for some shelves which would have to be cut to a specific size. An employee named Rex immediately asked if he could help, took us to exactly what we needed and expertly cut the pieces to our exact measurements. Rex could not have been more courteous and professional with my wife and I. He is truly a great ambassador for the Lowes brand and should be commended for his exceptional work and attitude towards Lowe's customers!”

“I had my jetted tub converted into a walk-in shower. My experience from the very beginning was wonderful. Terry Valencia came over for the consultation and it was a magnificent experience. She took her time with me, brought out several examples and showed it in my bathroom to help me decide. There was no pressure to buy. My materials arrived earlier than expected and Spencer Williams was phenomenal putting in my new shower. It was anticipated that it would take 2 days. Spencer made sure everything was done correctly when taking the bathroom down to the studs and making sure the floor and wall were prepared well to put in the shower. It did take 3 days but it was well worth it. He also made sure everything was back in place and clean before leaving each day! It’s a beautiful shower and I appreciate American Home Design, Terry and Spencer for this build!”
