“Staff was very helpful. I am a little disturbed that our package which currently includes Netflix is going to be changed to Hulu later this month. Apparently, Netflix is changing the plan so that the basic package will include advertising. I have no interest in watching advertisement on Netflix. When I switch from Verizon to T-Mobile, one of the reason I switched was because I was told that Netflix was included. will be interesting to see how it pans out with the new Hulu package.”

“Missy needed to add channels to one of her rentals, so we drove to Knoxville to make changes face to face. We didn’t wait long, and Todd Lambert took care of us. He saved us money AND added channels for the cabin! He also gave us paper copies of all the new channels to use in the cabin.Since we were in the store, and we were with such a reliable, pleasant representative, Missy asked about her other rentals. Again, he looked into each account and either kept each cabin as is since it had the best package, or changed the package to save her money.The store is clean and bright. Our representative was a ten in all categories, and Husband did not mind waiting for us in a comfortable chair, reading news stories on his phone.”
