“I am so pleased with Verizon/Cellular Sales right now! I was lucky enough to receive assistance from Loyd Bonner. I am not joking when I say that this is by far the best customer service I have ever encountered anywhere, period!!! First of all, my issue was as convoluted as can be. Malfunctioning iPhone, no working touchscreen, 3 different phones and iPhone accounts on a single plan, all the same model of phone. I was in need of a new phone under warranty, and this was all a rush because my phone is required for work. Loyd met my problem with a level of grace, understanding and skill that I have never experienced, and had the patience of a saint the whole time. He helped me transfer my phone data (juggling activation between the three accounts) so I wouldn’t be without my primary account while I waited on my phone replacement. He not only figured out a solution that worked best for me, but he advocated strongly for all of my needs with customer support the whole time. He did not give up, even when obstacles were abundant. While interacting with customer support, I heard him asking lots of questions so he could learn and understand how to handle these scenarios for future customers. He never handed me off to someone else. He stretched his hours to be available to assist with my problem, and even identified a secondary area he could assist with regarding improving my Verizon account set-up, without my prompt. I am just astounded! Verizon, this man might actually be a genius, and is definitely a good guy! I hope this company knows what a gem they have working for them!!! Loyd also helped me at the Chapman Hwy location when my new phone arrived, so I’m going to leave a review there, too! It’s the least I can do for the best customer service rep on the planet! Thank you, Loyd! Merry Christmas! You made mine so much better!”
