“I can’t say enough about how positive our experience has been with Myra and her team. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and answered every question and concern we had. We could have dealt with anyone in Knoxville, but a friend said go to Sevierville and you won’t regret it. Boy she was right. We got a fair deal, no haggling, just great service.
Then with 2 separate deliveries, the delivery guys were friendly, conscientious about moving the appliances in, and made sure not to mess anything up.

I always forget about this one up here until I happen to see it going to the Soaky Mountain water Park. They were also sold out of the item but I ended up getting it with the restock on the next day.They were offering their four and a half inch angle grinder for $9.99 and for the kind of work that I do or how often I would use it for that price It's exactly what I needed.”
“Great store! Employees were very helpful..... Especially the sales representative!!! They have top of the line products. For example, me and my business partner sprayed 25 gallons of stain that we purchased from Farrell-Calhoun and when we were finished and cleaning up......THERE WAS NO TRASH IN NONE OF THE 3 FILTERS ON THE GRACO SPRAYER!!!! NONE!!! We buy all of our supplies from Farrell-Calhoun now. If I were you and you haven't tried Farrell-Calhoun, Sevierville Tennessee, I'd definitely give them a chance. You can't go wrong.....unless you don't use Farrell-Calhoun!”

“If you have read my review of the sevierville Lowe's store which is right across the street I can tell you that your experience at Home Depot will be a complete opposite experience. It's no wonder that store across The street can remain open when their service is so horrible and right across the street at Home Depot, not only is the selection bigger and better but the staff is more courteous and willing to help. The people in this location go out of their way and run that extra mile to make sure that the customer is happy. Like I said, the complete opposite from Lowes. I 100% recommend and endorse this Home Depot location.”

“I had amazing service today at this location! I went there with my 4 year old daughter to get some landscaping material. 5 bags of rocks, 2 bags of mulch, 2 bags of soil, and over 10 plants… I was struggling to push my carts due to their weight. The lady in the gardening center was so friendly and let my daughter help her ring stuff up and the two gentleman working in there loaded everything in my car for me and even went to get bags to lay down so my car wouldn’t get dirty ( I didn’t even ask) they were so kind and thoughtful! The plants we bought were beautiful and reasonably priced - I highly recommend this amazing establishment as the prices are reasonably priced and the employee out in lawn and garden was super sweet !”
