In this case, the staff member was willing to check the shelves for a particular shade of touch up paint and hold it for me until I could come in. There are many auto parts shops in Smyrna but O’Reilly is my go to store.”

Mickey was great, helped me out, and no problem returning the wiper. i always go there, they are great.”

“I've taken my cars to different places to get the oil changed. Sometimes I pay a lot. But here recently I learned that those other places just don't do anything any better than the great people at Walmart. So for the price I get a much better value for my hard-earned money at this Walmart. I used to pay more at those other places because I thought they had a guarantee. Well one of those places almost blew up my engine one time because they didn't put the oil in and when I went to tell him that they messed up my car the manager told me that they have lawyers ready for people like me and I wouldn't stand a chance of getting my car fixed anytime soon and I'd probably run out of money before they got done. So after that happened, I went back over there to talk to him again and he was gone! Corporate had moved him away to another place.So now I'm just going to go to Walmart. I'm going to check my dipstick and my oil filter is on good. That's it. It's as simple as that. I'm going to give my support to people who do better and help more. If you are going shopping, you might as well get your oil changed, too.”
