“I went in for an oil change on my XT6 Cadillac, recently and received great service and it didn’t take long. I think it’s pretty cool they send you video from the mechanic showing the suggested services needed on the car and how they completed the service you came in for.”

At 6:30 a.m., one of the workers came and knocked on my door, and they unloaded my truck in about 15 minutes. Very fast, smooth, and professional service.

“My truck blew a radiator hose and I was stranded two hours from home. The staff at this O'Reilly's got me one in a couple of hours and delivered it to me where I was broke down. Without their great customer service this situation would have been much worse for me. On a side note other part stores in the area refused to deliver the hose to me even though they had it in stock. I will be ever grateful to the staff that helped me out. Thank you”

“Customer service chase provided to me was excellent. He helped me move my load on and off my truck. He had one of the shop drivers take me to Lowes so I could get a truck to drop my last delivery with. His service was above and beyond. I was a little disappointed that they couldn't fix my truck today because if I knew they weren't going to be able to fix it I would've taken it somewhere that could. They received a 5 star because they did what they could to try to help me out of a bad situation. Sometimes service just doesnt work out like you need it to.”
