“These people are so nice & honest. The prices are not outrageous like MOST of these places are. I brought my car here twice. Once for my car kept cutting off every time I’m driving. Took it here & the man said I didn’t have any oil but I just had took it to Vavoline in Hixson . I’m bringing my car here every time now when something happens. Thank you guys so much”

My smile perks up seeing the gas market Bella the fur baby makes my day on a down day. Giving her treats makes my wife and I both smile. “I don’t write reviews ever so I don’t have any professional name with my email, but I had to write a review on this place. My car broke down yesterday at a stop sign and I already was having a horrible week. I was so stressed and they took great care of me. I called the next day they opened and they were amazing. My brain was in shambles and the lady on the phone (wish I caught her name) was super patient with me while I explained the details. Then the man who towed my car (also wish I got his name) was super quick to get there and get my car home, and he was an excellent driver too! Within the time I called and by the time I was back home it had easily been under an hour and a half. And it was a reasonable price in my opinion, $95, and thankfully my insurance will make up for that.You are in great hands with this company! If I ever need help again I’ll be calling them.”

“A pet peeve of mine is when I am not able to print a receipt at the pump (company vehicle). When I have to go inside to get a receipt, I always tell the attendant the paper is out. 99 or of 100 gas station attendants just stare back at me, like it's not their problem.
Brian didn't do that. He apologized, printed my receipt, grabbed a new role of paper and went out to refill the pump with receipt paper.
We need more Brian's in the world! Thank you for highering quality people.”

“Started coming here about 5 years ago. Always impressed with Sunni's customer service. Once you start coming in on the regular, he pays attention to what you buy. Remembers. Always quick to offer new products and does his best to keep things in stock for you. There are one or two items I buy personally that are almost always out of stock other places. Almost never at the 76.”
“Enough spacing in the shelves for mobility aids, great organization, and the bathroom was very accessible too! Friendly staff and very clean. The only issue might be getting in and out of the parking lot, so you may need to be strategic there.”

“Just wanted to say thanks to lady that was working so I went to pay for my gas and I tried to put my phone number in to pay to get a cheaper price as we do everywhere she says no we don't have that but we offer a gift card so you can save 3 cents then she went on to say that it is reusable so you can fill it at any place at Wal-Mart and it can be used there and at the gas station at Wal-Mart it's just nice to know that some people still care and go over and beyond just to save you a little money”

“If you need a potty stop on your rural road trip from chattanooga to points north. This is the one! Clean restrooms! Brightly lit and don't smell like your typical dirty restroom.
I'm trying to be clever, but it's not working.
Fuel, restroom and refreshments! Who knows if I'll be back, but I was in such awe of the restroom that I had to leave a nice review.

“First, I just saved 45cents per gallon of gas using my Fuel Perks Card!!! Also, I believe the deli/hot food employees work very hard and is always super nice! My family has been shopping at another local Food City but we recently moved to the St Elmo area and I tend to shop there daily. Although, the new Publix recently opened and I did try them, they just have a small selection of the food, even vegan food, for double the cost! There is however a smell of “weed” following customers inside the store, but hey, it doesn’t bother me any… especially after shopping at the store on Shallowford Rd and Lee Hwy. lol. At least the homeless population isn’t as demanding at St Elmo. I try to help out when I can by buying a hot plate. Oh, my only complaint would be the extreme increase on produce that is prepared and not sealed. Oh but the older gentleman about 70ish told me that the price was due to “the man in office” and until the next election, there’s probably nothing that will happen. I did tell him that I wasn’t there to discuss politics and walked off. He might want to stay in his lane on that topic. I was nice about it though.”
“Started using this station four or five months ago. The first time I got out of my car and went up to their window using my wheelchair; the man inside was kind enough to come out and we spoke to one another for a few minutes. Since then I've met a couple of other attendant's and all of were friendly and polite. I plan to continue using this facility!!”

“My experience at Food City's gas station is excellent. I am an amputee which means I have only one leg. So, getting gas is difficult for me! The manager of the gas station, Barbie, saw me one day and took over pumping my gas. She pumps my gas every time I go there and has instructed her employees to always take care of me and they do!!! I pull up to their pumps and I don't even have to get out of my car! Barbie and George always take care of me!! They give awesome service! Thanks, guys!”

“This place is honest as the day is long. I've taken several vehicles here for years. For context, I live thirty five minutes across town in the valley but make the drive up the mountain to have my vehicles worked on here because of how honest, and hard working the folks at lookout mountain service center are. Their prices are very reasonable, especially when you consider how much other auto centers over charge and trust me, I've tried just about every single one of them. They diagnose problems quickly and fix the issues quickly. The only problem this place has, is that they are usually booked up weeks in advance, which honestly is a testament to the quality of work you'll get here and how many repeat customers they have. This place is your car mechanics favorite shop”
