“My experience has been exemplary. My collision issue was rectified perfectly. The 9 year old car looks brand new.
The next day, my dashboard lights would blink 3 times when starting the car. It occurred several times.
Caliber collision in Farragut had me bring my car back to determine the cause. Some wires may have needed tightening but more importantly, my battery was past its prime. Don Hill, the manager at this facility, personally made sure a new battery was installed while I waited. It did not take long & the waiting room is very clean & welcoming, with coffee, water & freshly popped corn, if wanted.
The employees couldn’t have been kinder to me & generous with their time, carefully explaining things pertinent to my needs, & being honest with me.

“I brought my 2025 ram 1500 in to the service department because of a slight transmission shutter I was experiencing. My Service Advisor Travis was careful with taking notes and quickly handled my appointment. It was discovered there was a TCM and a PCM update on the transmission and those updates were done and the problem was corrected. The wait time was minimal. I was greeted promptly, and my problem was solved. That’s all I could possibly ask for. I appreciate Travis and the service team for the great service and the genuine concern for my issues.”

“Back in June, I was traveling from Michigan to Knoxville. I was meeting my daughter and granddaughter from Florida to take her back for the summer. Then it happened! 60 miles from the hotel, I hit a huge pothole on I-75S causing a giant tear in it. Thankfully, I didn't have the granddaughter in the car at the time.

Big problem.
