The next day, my dashboard lights would blink 3 times when starting the car. It occurred several times.
Caliber collision in Farragut had me bring my car back to determine the cause. Some wires may have needed tightening but more importantly, my battery was past its prime. Don Hill, the manager at this facility, personally made sure a new battery was installed while I waited. “I brought my 2025 ram 1500 in to the service department because of a slight transmission shutter I was experiencing. My Service Advisor Travis was careful with taking notes and quickly handled my appointment. It was discovered there was a TCM and a PCM update on the transmission and those updates were done and the problem was corrected. The wait time was minimal.
