“They have items and you get used to getting them there...then whoosh...no longer sell. That's a little frustrating. Some of their prices have really skyrocketed. Most notably quirky little garden items. Used to be reasonable...have doubled and tripled in price . And that started before taffifs
Otherwise I love just looking around at their sometime unique items... and the bunnies and babies chick's and ducks!!!”
“We're so happy we found this store! We moved here from another state and couldn't find the food our dog does best with. The Smokey Mountain Feed store orders for us and let's us know when it comes in. We are about an hour and a half drive from the store, so we typically get 40 days of food at a time to minimize the driving, but I highly recommend this store for your pet food.”
“Thank you Hannah and Scott for the outstanding customer service, you guys are amazing and understanding when I had trouble with my pickup (my fault), Hannah helped me and honored my discount and I ended up going from a 3 gallon aquarium to a 55 gallon. That’s good customer service! I’ve always had a good experience here but today Hannah helped me and Scott pulled through to make my aquarium dreams come true! Thank you! “This was a good experience, I bought what I needed online in Maryville because the Knoxville store didn't have it. The store was easy to find (by GPS) i walked in grabbed my cat food and left. Easy peasy. Big beautiful store.😊”
