“Thank you Hannah and Scott for the outstanding customer service, you guys are amazing and understanding when I had trouble with my pickup (my fault), Hannah helped me and honored my discount and I ended up going from a 3 gallon aquarium to a 55 gallon. That’s good customer service! I’ve always had a good experience here but today Hannah helped me and Scott pulled through to make my aquarium dreams come true! Thank you! (By the way the other reviews don’t seem to match up with the many times I’ve been here, I’ve never had anybody be anything less than helpful and kind)”
“I had an amazing experience getting my new mini bulldog puppy from Madelynn at Petland Knoxville! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions, made sure I felt confident about bringing my puppy home, and genuinely cared about matching me with the right dog.
The store was clean, the staff was welcoming, and you can tell Madelynn is passionate about what she does. My puppy is healthy, happy, and has already become an amazing addition to my family. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a new furry family member, I highly recommend asking for Madelynn!”

“This Pet Supplies Plus is usually very good. They have a large selection of food, toys, supplements, and other pet necessities. Sometimes we have difficulty getting large bags of dog food down from the upper shelves. There usually isn’t anyone near by to assist us. With that being said…the staff is always kind, helpful, and willing to assist me with taking large purchases out to my car. The store is always clean. They recently added self serve dog washes, which look clean and complete. I will be trying out the self serve dog washes soon.”
“I walked into the store and immediately in awe how clean and spacious it was. There is a wide variety of product choices available for all pets, not just dogs. I went in here looking for a multi allergen friendly dog food for my Bernese thinking, like many other stores, nothing available for her specifics. At the counter I met Sohayla - she was extremely helpful AND knowledgeable. She was so patient with me while I stood explaining all the allergies and hurdles I have been thru. She suggested a few food and supplement options to try. I am beyond thankful for her help, kindness and vast knowledge! End result.... HAPPY HEALTHY PUPPY! HAPPY PET OWNER!”
“I went in for help with getting some suggestions for food for my senior dog who is always stiff in her back legs. Nick and Crystal were stocking in the aisle but stopped and took time to help me look at some food choices to try. They were so nice and not bothered that I interrupted their work. PSP treat them to a lunch!! So nice to know customer service still lives!”
“They have items and you get used to getting them there...then whoosh...no longer sell. That's a little frustrating. Some of their prices have really skyrocketed. Most notably quirky little garden items. Used to be reasonable...have doubled and tripled in price . And that started before taffifs
Otherwise I love just looking around at their sometime unique items... and the bunnies and babies chick's and ducks!!!”
“Everyone there are always friendly and the store is always very neat and clean. They are the only place I have found locally to buy my dogs food so I don't have to order online. They have a very large selection of foods, treats and supplements for all animals !!!!”

“We're so happy we found this store! We moved here from another state and couldn't find the food our dog does best with. The Smokey Mountain Feed store orders for us and let's us know when it comes in. We are about an hour and a half drive from the store, so we typically get 40 days of food at a time to minimize the driving, but I highly recommend this store for your pet food.”
