“I have been going to these ladies for 4 years. I have never had an issue except once and the girl told me she clipped her nail to close. She took Full responsibility. So if they did or do something to your fur baby. They will admit it and this is only time in four years. I trust them completely with my baby. So don’t worry about your baby. They LOVE THEM TOO.”

“This Pet Supplies Plus is usually very good. They have a large selection of food, toys, supplements, and other pet necessities. Sometimes we have difficulty getting large bags of dog food down from the upper shelves. There usually isn’t anyone near by to assist us. With that being said…the staff is always kind, helpful, and willing to assist me with taking large purchases out to my car. The store is always clean. They recently added self serve dog washes, which look clean and complete. I will be trying out the self serve dog washes soon.”

“I went in for help with getting some suggestions for food for my senior dog who is always stiff in her back legs. Nick and Crystal were stocking in the aisle but stopped and took time to help me look at some food choices to try. They were so nice and not bothered that I interrupted their work. PSP treat them to a lunch!! So nice to know customer service still lives!”
“They have items and you get used to getting them there...then whoosh...no longer sell. That's a little frustrating. Some of their prices have really skyrocketed. Most notably quirky little garden items. Used to be reasonable...have doubled and tripled in price . And that started before taffifs

“Everyone there are always friendly and the store is always very neat and clean. They are the only place I have found locally to buy my dogs food so I don't have to order online. They have a very large selection of foods, treats and supplements for all animals !!!!”
“My dog Cortez needed one nail trimmed that he wouldn't let me touch. I took him to Petsmart and they clipped it in a millisecond. So fast and effective, he didn't have time to be mad. I bought him some churros for being a good boy.”

“We're so happy we found this store! We moved here from another state and couldn't find the food our dog does best with. The Smokey Mountain Feed store orders for us and let's us know when it comes in. We are about an hour and a half drive from the store, so we typically get 40 days of food at a time to minimize the driving, but I highly recommend this store for your pet food.”
