New pavement, paint, interior walls and the ability to open the gate with the phone app (just to name a few) all added up to a very pleasant experience. Plus, Brianna is awesome and very helpful in any interaction. Very satisfied and highly recommend!”

It was an easy process to rent a storage unit online, very affordable, with the storage unit being very clean when we moved in and they provided excellent communication for when we needed to move out of the storage unit. “Had some issues with auto pay and late fees, but they got it fixed and reversed the late fees. The u-haul messaging they use to communicate doesn’t go through, but that’s not on them. Hopefully we got the auto pay fixed. It’s been annoying but they’re trying to make it right, which I appreciate.”

“The site manager was very nice and helpful. They have stuff available for anyone to use to move your stuff which was very helpful for us moving our whole home into storage. It could use some sweeping and some garbage left by renters but the price couldn't be beat!”
