“The site manager was very nice and helpful. They have stuff available for anyone to use to move your stuff which was very helpful for us moving our whole home into storage. It could use some sweeping and some garbage left by renters but the price couldn't be beat!”

“We had a great experience with Boardwalk. When they took over the property, they invested in lots of improvements that really enhanced the storage units. New pavement, paint, interior walls and the ability to open the gate with the phone app (just to name a few) all added up to a very pleasant experience. Plus, Brianna is awesome and very helpful in any interaction. Very satisfied and highly recommend!”

“Excellent storage facility with a gate to enter and cameras on property to make you feel safe while your belongings are stored there. It was an easy process to rent a storage unit online, very affordable, with the storage unit being very clean when we moved in and they provided excellent communication for when we needed to move out of the storage unit. We will definitely be back in the future if we come back to the area.”

“Had some issues with auto pay and late fees, but they got it fixed and reversed the late fees. The u-haul messaging they use to communicate doesn’t go through, but that’s not on them. Hopefully we got the auto pay fixed. It’s been annoying but they’re trying to make it right, which I appreciate.”

“I cannot express how grateful I am for the outstanding service I received from this storage facility. Due to an unexpected snowstorm, I urgently needed a storage unit late at night to protect my motorcycle. The gentleman who answered the phone (I believe he was the owner) was incredibly helpful and understanding. He didn’t pressure me or rush me into making a decision, which I truly appreciated, especially given the stressful situation. He took the time to listen to my needs and even offered helpful suggestions to ensure my motorcycle would be safe and secure. His calm and professional demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to his assistance, I was able to secure a unit quickly and without any hassle. If you’re looking for a storage facility that genuinely cares about its customers, look no further. I’m extremely thankful for the kindness and support I received, and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to anyone in need of storage. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!”

So, here’s to the invisible champions of 24 Hour Self Storage, turning potential pandemonium into peace of mind, one call (or text) at a time.”
