Terrible customer service only nice when you are making payments! Please don’t ask for payment arrangements. They knocked on my door for a late fee during a storm and we had no power! Steer clear at all cost if you can afford to.

Horrible. Ghetto. And unprofessional. And there is a girl in the store putting merchandise on other customers accounts. Do not trust them.

I would rate them a zero if that was possible. They are very unprofessional, unorganized, and all around not a good look for Aaron's. I will be going with Rent-A-Car for now on.
