She promptly took care of an ongoing problem and got the vehicle fixed immediately. She also followed up a day or two later to ensure everything was alright, providing great customer service. Customers have been visiting the dealership regularly as it is close to their homes, and they have found it to be better than other businesses they've tried. The service department handles their business well on a daily basis, and the work area has good safety habits. Customers appreciate the friendly, helpful, and professional staff, including Gary D. in the service department and Joshua C. in the parts department. The service center offers online appointment scheduling, a huge and clean waiting room, and an overall professional and approachable atmosphere. Customers have consistently had positive experiences at the AutoNation Ford Wolfchase Service Center for their Ford service needs.
Came in for an oil change. Staff was friendly and professional. They got my car back a d performed the oil change with no problems. Great job.

I have only recently been getting my oil changed at the dealer but they were cheaper than Jiffy Lube by ten bucks and that included rotating my tires. Plus you get to look at all the cool new vehicles while drinking free coffee. The work was done quickly and I was back on the road.

I always have good service at Wolfchase AutoNation. I have an excellent service advisor Barbara Myers Henson. My 2020 Ford Fusion had 60k maintenance done in a timely manner.
