About Avis Car Rental

Avis Car Rental Memphis operates one of the world's best-known car rental brands and receives mixed reviews from customers. Many highlight the wonderful, professional, and concerned group of people who work there, describing them as truly caring. Customers report receiving great assistance with hospitality and transportation problems, with staff going over and beyond to help. The energy is called contagious, and the service leads to high recommendations. Customers appreciate being asked about their trip and their vehicle's condition. However, significant issues are reported with returning a car. The process is called a hassle and ridiculous. One customer returned a car earlier than needed when the location was open, but no one was there. Waiting and calling yielded no answer, and calls the next day also went unanswered. This experience creates concern about being incorrectly charged and contrasts sharply with the positive rental experience. The location is praised for providing the needed vehicle on the reservation day but criticized for return difficulties, leading to a mix of loyalty and frustration.
