“I called the branch because I was having problems accessing the door to the atm with my card. I spoke with a banker who was extremely nice and let me know if my card was damaged I could come to the location and retrieve a replacement. I was excited when I went the next day and the card reader was fixed because I usually get off when the bank is closed. So I was grateful that they listened, took in to consideration what I said and fixed the problem expeditiously once it was brought to their attention.”
“The Federal Reserve Bank of Saint Louis (Memphis Branch) is a part of the Federal Reserve. The FRB of Saint Louis also has branches in Little Rock and Louisville. Most would be surprised to learn that it is neither Federal nor a Bank. The Federal Reserve was created in 1913 and is the central banking system of the United States. It controls the money system of the country. Sometimes, the Fed does tours (Atlanta was awesome) but this branch was not open today. It's a weekend.. Instead, I walked around to see if they'd dropped any money on the street - Saint Louis has the "H" stamp on currency. None to be found today but I could hear the printers cranking out money like it's going out of fashion. [Review 19844 overall - 396 in Tennessee - 817 of 2023.]”

“Love this branch. Every time i come here, Rather it’s the drive thru or walking in. I’m always greeted with a smile. Friendly staff, always eager to help. The teller (Gabriela) so nice, Always closes the transaction with asking if i need anything else……… I’ll will most definitely get a loan from here when i need it!”
“On today, there is only drive through. Security is on site to inform people of construction onsite. This is one of the better locations. The other two are on union and poplar headed to downtown Memphis. My mother started me here when she was a teacher for Shelby county schools in 80's.”
