Comfort Inn Memphis Downtown is a great hotel with very friendly people at the front desk and awesome customer service. The staff is absolutely amazing. The hotel is located near the main street and downtown, within walking distance to everything including Beale Street, The RiverBoat Rides, Bass Pro Shops, and many restaurants. It offers a nice and amazing view of the river and mud island. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and spacious with comfy beds and pillows and a nice atmosphere, though they could use a few cosmetic updates. The pool on the rooftop is top notch. Breakfast is great. Parking is available indoors; the parking garage is very small so it can be a challenge, but it is really good and decent priced. A 24-hour security guard provides a very present and secure feeling. The location is excellent, with easy access to main attractions and trolley service nearby. Guests loved their stay and would definitely stay here again.
