As an older building, it shows some wear, with carpets noted as a bit ratty, and room layouts can vary, with some bathrooms being very large. No real complaints about the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfy.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was nice & loved my view from the room. BUT the elevator went out on our stay & we had to take the steps up to the 15TH FLOOR!!! I really wish breakfast or parking would’ve been comp’d because of that. ..still would stay & recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and very friendly staff, good place for me to stay at when taking my son to his mother's in Clarksville TN.
