Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Car Rental
Hours: Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers a wide range of car rental options at thousands of locations, including airports and cities worldwide. With over 65 years in the business, they pride themselves on their exceptional customer service and a strong Standard of Care. Customers have generally reported positive experiences, particularly highlighting the helpfulness and professionalism of staff members like Candace N., who provided assistance late at night when a reservation with another company fell through. Many appreciated the friendly and accommodating service they received during the check-in and pickup process. However, some reviews noted issues with the cleanliness of vehicles, such as finding a dirty car with used items left behind. Additionally, there were concerns regarding child safety seats, as modifications made to them rendered them impractical for use. Drop-off experiences varied, with one customer mentioning a lack of greeting and subsequent confusion over late return charges. Nonetheless, support from staff members at the airport location helped resolve issues effectively, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, Enterprise Rent-A-Car is recognized for its dedication to customer care, although there are areas for improvement in vehicle cleanliness and communication during drop-off.
