My first time inside of this particular branch .. and I absolutely loved Ms. Shartaey Cooper. Very nice , respectful, well mannered person .. keeps a smile on your face and greets every one by name … this is not my favorite bank and she will be the one I always go to .

This branch is absolutely amazing! The staff helped me with my mom's estate, and they were so nice and patient with me. They, (Riley and Tracy), made a bittersweet moment not so bitter and for that I'm eternally grateful. They were great to my mom because of that, they have a new customer. Thank you First Horizon on Kirby!... read full comment
