had an order. said that they tried to deliver it. we were home all day with ring cameras all over the house. no one ever showed. we tried to call the store and we're on hold for 2 hours on two different lines/ phones. bunch of idiots. I will not go back.

Great initial service, but they lost my large order and could not find it in their warehouse. I definitely would not recommend getting a delivery from this location. It is a 50/50 if you will receive it intact. Made a remodel even more stressful than it had to be.

Worst delivery service ever! Very inconsistent emails, no one to tell us where our appliance is or when we will REALLY get it. we have sat here for 3 days since they told us it was coming and still nothing. Absolutely horrible. 2nd and last time we will buy an appliance from them.
