“UPDATE: Marlowe contacted me to say they sent a deliver notification via email. I still can’t find it, but I appreciate her reaching out and explaining, as well as assuring me the flowers were delivered!
You sent me an email asking how you did. I’m not sure how you did. These were sympathy flowers in another city. You didn’t send me a delivery notice, a photo, or let me know if they were left on a doorstep, handed to someone or what. 🤷♀ When I answered your email asking about it, it bounced back because it was a no-reply. It was easy to order and pay online. I have to choose a star, so I guess I’ll go in the middle, since there isn’t a who-knows ? option.”
“Made a few keys and it only took about 5 minutes considering my indecisiveness. The employee at self check out named Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable of product locations because he was a great multi tasker when it came to assisting customers while making my keys but also manning his self checkout area. He seems like a great asset to the company. I was in and out.”
“Easily accessible location from internet. I can typically find items needed with an issue. I visit this location several times a year to check out their plant inventory. I stopped in yesterday and saw a few that caught my eye. Only issue is that there was severely over watered. I literally poured water from an Aglaonema for about two minutes. This definitely could pose an issue for root rot with plants.”
“After an extremely difficult experience at another Home Depot location, Mgr. Keith at store #8916 and team restored our opinion of the company. He was professional, efficient and resolved a major issue - all with a great attitude and extreme kindness. Keith is not only an asset to #8916 but to the entire HD brand!”
“Our home is open and friendly with a lot of fun stuff (pop a shot, shuffleboard etc) We wanted a yard that was an extension of our home. I am so glad we spent the money to hire someone that could really see our vision and execute it. We didn't just "redo" our yard. We created a large amount of extra living space. I can't see anyone else executing it like Gurley. They were on time and their crews were very respectful and easy to work with. Clifton is a gem and was onsite pretty much every day. He was in constant contact with us. Clifton is of those people you just know is a good apple from the moment you meet him. If you're looking to do your yard on the cheap this is probably not your best option. But they are very fair and worked with us to get to the price point we needed to. I recommend 10 out of 10. “This review is for Latonya in your on-line help department. I just placed an order for a dishwasher for my daughter and inadvertently clicked on the wrong delivery date. When I attemmpted to change it on line, it would not let me. I called the help desk and I want to let you know I have never received such great service. She handled my request immediately, was friendly and I could hear the smile in her voice which one NEVER hears these days. Please give her kudos from Memphis TN. I literally mean one of the nicest, kindest, most thoughtful, helpful, and pure-hearted people I have ever met. As soon as I walked through the door, she immediately stepped in to help me. From that very first interaction, I honestly felt like I had known her for years—that's how amazing she is!
She was incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to have an answer for everything customers came in asking for. At one point, I even asked her how long she had been working there because she was just that impressive. 🤣
