Made a reservation, paid someone to take me there, and they didn't have the car I reserved and wanted to charge me an extra $400 to get a different car. Absolutely will never do business with them again.

Never have Uber rentals! never! why advertise if I can never get a vehicle?!this time I didn't find out till I got to Hertz and I reserved a week ahead that they had no cars for Uber 😕
