“Outstanding Service from Bree D at T-Mobile on Union Avenue
I recently visited the T-Mobile store on Union Avenue near McLain in Memphis, TN, before activating a phone I had ordered online. Bree D, the mobile expert, provided truly exceptional service! She assured me that I would receive the deal I signed up for and followed through on her promise. Bree took care of everything—she transferred all my data from my old phone to the new one, added my screen protector and case, and explained everything clearly.
I waited until I received my first bill to leave this review, and sure enough, the charges were exactly as Bree had promised. It's refreshing to meet a consummate professional who takes pride in their work and whose word truly means something.

Need less to add everyone was polite and friendly, and they was helping each other as a team should… The manager on duty check on all staff that was working with customer and assistant them when need! I got talk into home internet off just asking a question Caury and Chris are the best sale man they are and plus while working with different customers. “I called multiple T Mobile stores before this one looking for a screen protector which no stores carried at the time. I called and spoke with Will would went to check and found a screen protector that fit my phone which is about 3 years old after which he told me to come in and ask for him. About 30 minutes including drive and wait time in the store due to it being a bit busy but after I was quickly attended to. Will was very professional and kind employee. If you are looking for professional, kind, and overall great service give Will and the people at this T mobile a shot!”

“This is the primary T-Mobile location that I use number one. It's in my neighborhood. Is where I purchased my new phones and deal with anything from payments? The questions to upgrades to everything conveniently located within 2 block radius of my home. So therefore that's why I use it pretty good folks in there. They're bilingual so they can deal with all peoples.And you know just your typical t mobile franchise store”

“Phenomenal service all around!! I visited this store back in January 2023 and was helped by Cheston. He's a very nice guy and he answered all of my questions. I was curious about upgrading my current iPhone and he handled it like a pro.I then returned in early March 2023 and was helped by Carlos. Cheston was not there that day but no matter. Carlos helped me with all of my iPhone needs and answered even more questions. He also installed a new tempered glass screen protector and it was done within a few minutes. I highly recommend the GO-TO screen protectors as they are super easy to install. Carlos went above and beyond and I was highly satisfied.I really am very surprised at all the negative reviews. Here's the thing. You have to go in to a cell phone store prepared and ready to ask questions for whatever problems you are having. You cannot go in there and not know what you are there for. When I was there the last two times, other people were very impatient because it's like they really don't know what they are doing there to begin with. You have to be prepared. I went in to get a new iPhone 14 Pro Max, with a tempered glass screen protector and mobile phone insurance. I waited my turn, patiently, and when it was time, I asked questions about anything that was necessary.When you are prepared to do business, then you won't be there very long.
