I highly recommend Orion FCU because of the customer service I received from Mrs. Linda Robinson. I was having trouble location some information I sorely needed and she came to the rescue. She spoke with a calm and pleasant voice. By the end of the day I had everything I needed. That is real customer service!

Very good customer service, but the online banking app could use some work. A great place for those looking to open a bank account for the first time. The ladies at the front were very nice and helpful, especially Portia! Keep up the good work, Orion.
