“Best Auto Shop Experience Ever, Honestly! I always feel anywhere I go I’m going to be taken advantage of/over charged bc I and a woman and they think I don’t know any better. Not here, not at all. From the phone call to see if they could help me, to them coming to pick me up to take me to get my car when it was done, the whole experience felt transparent, honest, and overall I felt very respected. It felt like I was taking my car to a family members house for them to work on for me. I felt confident the job would be done well and comfortable over all. I finally found a shop I can rely on, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!!”

“I cannot recommend this tire center more! I have passed it a hundred times and never noticed it, but it was in the perfect place at the perfect time. After hitting wreck debris on the interstate on my way to carpool, my PSI started dropping rapidly. Right before it hit zero, I happened upon Holt Tire/Oak Court Auto and pulled in, having no clue what I was walking into. Everyone inside was super friendly and helpful. They assessed the issue and were able to put a new tire on quickly and get me on my way. It was divine intervention! If you are in Memphis and need any tire or auto service, this is the place to go!”

“I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Bartlett Transmission after experiencing persistent issues with my vehicle not starting and being stuck in park. I was worried it might be a transmission problem, but I wasn't sure.
What impressed me most about Bartlett Transmission was their complete honesty and integrity. After running diagnostics, they could have easily tried to sell me services or repairs I didn't need. Instead, they were upfront with me - they determined the issue was electrical in nature and outside their area of expertise. Rather than attempt repairs they weren't confident about, they recommended I take it to a shop better equipped to handle the problem.
And here's the kicker - they didn't charge me a dime for the diagnostic work. In today's world, that level of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated.
Bartlett Transmission could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but they chose to do right by me instead. They were professional, transparent, and genuinely interested in making sure I got the help I needed, even if it meant sending me elsewhere.
If you need transmission work done, I would absolutely trust Bartlett Transmission based on this experience. Their honesty and willingness to admit when something is outside their wheelhouse speaks volumes about their character and business ethics.

“My Ford Escape’s transmission met its end. Had it towed it to the Ford dealership and it nearly cost me 10k. Sought a second opinion at Coleman Taylor on Winchester, and they nearly cut the price in half to rebuild it! Fantastic service, and even during the ice week, they got it completed in amazing time…and with an amazing warranty too!
Came back for the 1,000 mile-after inspection, and you can tell how much they care that their transmissions are up and running properly. If your transmission dies or has trouble, Coleman Taylor's on Winchester is the solid place I’d recommend.”

“Everyone I spoke to or interacted with at Winchester Tire obviously understands what customer service is all about. My car I needed to be aligned. I dropped it off at 7:30am and it was ready in less than two hours. This was in stark contrast to my experience with the business I first took my car to for the alignment. I chose that shop because they are part of a well known chain and more convenient to me. The difference in service between that first business and Winchester Tire is 180 degrees apart. I wasted my time and money at the first place and my car was still not aligned properly. It is WORTH driving a little further to get first class service from friendly, competent people at a great price and in a reasonable amount of time. I will give Winchester Tire future business and recommend them to anyone.”

“This place is amazing and so are the staff, especially the owner.
When I pulled in everything was broken and they took the time to help me get back on the road. I didn't have much but we worked out a deal. Words can't explain his kindness, generosity, compassion, and most of all humanity. He even let me sleep in a van in the back of the shop while things were being put together which took longer than expected.
What makes this shop truly remarkable is, tust, integrity, and grit. I was in chapter 13 bk, a 60 day escrow, divorce, and now stranded - he/they pulled together when no one else would.
Now that I'm nearly halfway home back to California and on the open road whenever I pass a transmission shop I think of you guys - God bless you from the bottom of my heart. Forrest”

“Hands down, the best Automotive shop I've visited & I've visited over 50 in TN. The facilities stay clean & the staff are very accomodating.
I had issues with my truck & other shops gave me the run around, another shop suggested I get the transmission rebuilt & charged me 5k. I took it to CB for a second opinion, they were able to pinpoint the major problems with great detail & updated me every step of the way through automated text messages & emails so i didnt have to answer my phone at work. These guys saved me 5k. The trans was not the issue.
