“Best Auto Shop Experience Ever, Honestly! I always feel anywhere I go I’m going to be taken advantage of/over charged bc I and a woman and they think I don’t know any better. Not here, not at all. From the phone call to see if they could help me, to them coming to pick me up to take me to get my car when it was done, the whole experience felt transparent, honest, and overall I felt very respected. It felt like I was taking my car to a family members house for them to work on for me. I felt confident the job would be done well and comfortable over all. I finally found a shop I can rely on, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!!”

“I brought my classic Mustang in for a leaky transmission. The team at Coleman were wonderful in taking such great care of my convertible. Unfortunately, it started leaking again but after a call to the shop they asked me to bring it in to see what is going on and get it fixed correctly. I'll update this post once I get it back on the road.”

Got to me in under an hour and knocked out the job with ease, I was back rolling before the sun came up. These guys are legit and worth their weight in gold. “Everyone I spoke to or interacted with at Winchester Tire obviously understands what customer service is all about. My car I needed to be aligned. I dropped it off at 7:30am and it was ready in less than two hours. This was in stark contrast to my experience with the business I first took my car to for the alignment. I chose that shop because they are part of a well known chain and more convenient to me. The difference in service between that first business and Winchester Tire is 180 degrees apart. I wasted my time and money at the first place and my car was still not aligned properly. It is WORTH driving a little further to get first class service from friendly, competent people at a great price and in a reasonable amount of time. I will give Winchester Tire future business and recommend them to anyone.”

“I had a good experience here. I stopped in because it was close as I found myself with a screw in my tire. It's small and the entrance is easy to miss. Nothing fancy, definitely an old tire place, but I never felt unsafe. I pulled right in, and they checked my tire immediately. The attendant had a plug in and my tire back on in 5 minutes. I paid and was on my way. I will definitely be back if I need a repair in the future.”

“I had long known the fine Pashby family but just recently had the opportunity to bring a real problematic older car in to the shop. A car that had sat too long and had multiple issues.I found them to communicate well, assure that each step of the extensive needed work was approved, and they ultimately took care of everything. I know that Jason would be proud of how Candice has carried on the business after his untimely departure to Heaven. I think that ladies might well be nervous about bringing cars into shops sometimes, but they might feel better if they knew a wonderful lady owns and runs this one? “I’ve used Elite Automotive for at least 8 years. The first time I knew of them I had a 1998 Lexus GS400. Murray at Elite changed my water pump, timing chain, oil seals, and tuned the engine for 1/3 of what Lexus of Memphis wanted to charge me…I didn’t have any issues with the work. I eventually passed that car down to my son. He pretty much destroyed the suspension….once again Murray and Lisa were there to repair it. And again it was much less than the dealership. Later on, my Lexus LS460 needed some suspension work due to wear and tear. As always and as dependable as they are, Elite Automotive was there to handle the suspension work satisfactorily. Finally, I needed a starter for my 2008 QX56. Infiniti of Memphis quoted $1800.00 because the starter was inside the engine. Elite Automotive did the work for less than half! All the work was guaranteed, the parts were guaranteed, and the work looked like the dealership did it. I have full confidence in Murray and Lisa at Elite Automotive.”
