“I recently stopped by the Greyhound Bus Station at 3033 Airways Blvd in Memphis, and overall it was a straightforward, no‑frills travel experience. The location is easy to find, especially since it’s close to the airport area, which makes it convenient for travelers connecting between bus and air transportation.
Inside, the station is fairly simple and functional. The seating area provides enough space to wait comfortably, though during peak travel times it can get a bit busy. The staff I encountered were direct and efficient, helping passengers move through ticketing and boarding without unnecessary confusion. Announcements were clear enough to follow, which is always appreciated when you’re keeping an eye on departure times.
Like many bus stations, it’s not luxurious, but it serves its purpose. Restrooms and common areas were reasonably maintained, and security presence added a sense of order. If you’re planning a trip from this location, arriving a little early is a smart move so you can get settled and confirm your boarding details without rushing.
Overall, this Greyhound station does what it’s meant to do — provide an accessible, practical departure point for travelers heading in or out of Memphis.”

“I gave this a four star because of a particular reason but my first my experience with budget was terrible. I went to budget to rent a car and was charged $300 for my rental when it was only $127 rental I was furious. I was given the run around for hours, told to call this number or this place cause it wasn't there fault blah blah but then I called the direct Memphis line to the airport and spoke to a person name Tucker he fixed everything and was quick about it. It took him such a short time to fix what all these other higher up like budget customer service could not fix. If you are customer service for budget then you should be able to do customer service not tell me to call another number and figure it out. Anyway thank you Tucker for your response of fixing my problem and service. It takes one person to actually care.”
