During my visit on summer one associate in the store helped me with no problem within my price range...Even though I was having a bad day, she didn't show nothing but compassionate and gratitude. “The only reason I'm not giving this store 5 stars could be considered a little petty but was something that felt lacking in professionalism. I stopped by to get some tools and accessories to do an oil change on my car as well as change my spark plugs. They had what I needed and the associate who helped me was by and large very helpful. What rubbed me the wrong way was an unnecessary comment that the aforementioned associate made about my first name. One could say that I'm being unnecessarily sensitive but my rebuttal would be that since I as a customer in no way disrespected the associate, it was completely unnecessary for him to disrespect me. Simply maintaining basic professionalism would have mitigated the whole situation.”
“I visited this O'Reilly Auto Part Store this past Sunday to pick up some 30Amp Fuses I needed for my RV. The young Gentleman that waited on me at the counter, Phillip was so nice . He said,"Ma'am you look Beautiful today as I'm sure you do everyday." Although I sure didn't feel Beautiful at that very moment, Phillip made me feel as though I was.
