“I went into your store 1/26 to order an replacement for an subpar alternator (which could have turned to a bad experience cause I was angry to have to replace the part) but Rick was helpful and polite and ordered a better non-rebuilt model to be in the next morning...I called prior to returning and Camillia had impeccable customer service over the phone...not only using verbiage I only learned from working in in high-end company's such as "Is it okay if I put you and a brief hold" but other words I definitely didn't expect to find at an auto parts store in my "ghetto/hood" community in Memphis TN and was very positive/polite/energetic about helping me...when I came to get my part and complimented her...her manager Erika who must have been attentively listening in a nearby office came out and gave her and me thanks ...I was WOWed by this experience and although it not at the best times when I have to get car parts due to car issues; i look forward to returning to this location and definitely will be ONLY using this location at 4550 Elvis Presley Blvd for all my future needs..in a Memphis hood it is good get positive for a change!!”

“I love coming to O'Reilly's for my auto essentials. They have great customer service.No thanks, to the local AutoZone in my area... Seldomly, to not having the parts needed and seems they're always having me go to their other stores...My mechanic suggested I stop getting the "run arounds" from A.Z and try O'Reilly.I have never been redirected to O'Reilly's other stores because their parts always seem to be available.I also love the shorter lines and wait time. This place is great and evidently under-rated. But in many cases, less is more.Keep up the great work guys! Love it. ?”

“I visited this O'Reilly Auto Part Store this past Sunday to pick up some 30Amp Fuses I needed for my RV. The young Gentleman that waited on me at the counter, Phillip was so nice . He said,"Ma'am you look Beautiful today as I'm sure you do everyday." Although I sure didn't feel Beautiful at that very moment, Phillip made me feel as though I was. “The only reason I'm not giving this store 5 stars could be considered a little petty but was something that felt lacking in professionalism. I stopped by to get some tools and accessories to do an oil change on my car as well as change my spark plugs. They had what I needed and the associate who helped me was by and large very helpful. What rubbed me the wrong way was an unnecessary comment that the aforementioned associate made about my first name. One could say that I'm being unnecessarily sensitive but my rebuttal would be that since I as a customer in no way disrespected the associate, it was completely unnecessary for him to disrespect me. Simply maintaining basic professionalism would have mitigated the whole situation.”

“Great experience!! Short story, serpentine belt broke into pieces, with 300 miles still to get home on the interstate. Store was 3 miles away and closed in 10 minutes, made it in time to get a belt but then noticed that I also needed an idler pulley and were nice enough to open back up, and had all the needed tools and parts. Saved the vacation!! Didn't get the names of the staff, but thank you for taking time out of the end of your day, I know their was something better to be doing than a helping hand.”
