“Good evening I went to this O’Reilly today and I got the best service ever from Sonjai and honestly the whole crew ‼️ I purchased a part from the location on Yale Rd yesterday and never used the part bcus I was told that part was not needed by a mechanic so I tried to return it and without any explanation I was told by the guy at the counter ,he don’t think he can return it ⁉️?♀️ and that was it , so I walked out and went down on Jackson and that crew was funny as well as very inviting they told me that it said in system it was a damaged out warranty part and it wasn’t suppose to be return and I advised I was never advised of that when part was bought neither when I tried to return it , I explained to her also I felt hurt cus times are hard right now financially for everyone and part wasn’t even used , so then the crew told Sonjai hey reach out to they Store manager so she did and explained to her the situation, and she told her as a courtesy this time to go ahead and do the refund and to explain to me next time look at the receipt to make sure it’s not a defect part or non refundable part before leaving the store , to avoid this from happening in the future and that she would call over to the other location to make sure they explain these things to customers as they have been trained to do and I told her thank you soooo much ‼️ I give this crew 5 stars ⭐️ for being very helpful in a frustrating situation….”
“My long time mechanic recommends O'Reilly for auto parts so, a couple of years ago when I was out of town, I stopped by that store to buy a new battery. The battery, with a 3 year warranty, worked well until this morning. I talked to the nice folks at the O'Reilly store #1061 about my battery and, without any hesitation, honored its 3 year warranty by swapping the dead battery with a new one. They could not have been kinder - thank you!”

“The only reason I'm not giving this store 5 stars could be considered a little petty but was something that felt lacking in professionalism. I stopped by to get some tools and accessories to do an oil change on my car as well as change my spark plugs. They had what I needed and the associate who helped me was by and large very helpful. What rubbed me the wrong way was an unnecessary comment that the aforementioned associate made about my first name. One could say that I'm being unnecessarily sensitive but my rebuttal would be that since I as a customer in no way disrespected the associate, it was completely unnecessary for him to disrespect me. Simply maintaining basic professionalism would have mitigated the whole situation.”
