“I previously bought a battery from an O’Reilly in Birmingham back in 2025. I was told by my dealership that I need a new one, but I had a warranty and decided to take it back to O’Reilly. On my way I stopped at an Autozone, to get someone to read my battery and was tomd my battery was still at 60% life. I’m happy I trusted my intuition and continued to O’Reilly after that! I was helped by Pheonix and he tested my battery 5-6 times to ensure accurate readings. He was very knowledgeable, excited to help and was patient with making sure I understood what was going on the entire time. He determined the cause of my battery issues and then assisted with my warranty replacement and installing the new battery.
