“I love that we have this place now but I think store management or whomever does the ordering grossly underestimated how badly Millington needed a place like this in the area. Therefore, I would have given 5 stars but the place has been almost completely wiped out of many things and hasn't gotten them back in yet. Practically no womens pajamas and not many rugs etc are in stock. Some of the pajama racks are nearly empty. I am happy with the place though as I don't have to drive to Memphis as much now. Hopefully, it will stay better stocked after this.”

“I can honestly say Dr. Dustin and Dr. Slade are the most knowledgeable and amazing doctors/pharmacists I’ve ever encountered. The entire pharmacy team is efficient and outstanding in every way. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes — and when I do, it’s because they’re fixing something my doctor’s office messed up or working to save me money by billing correctly.
I’ve been using them for three years now, and at every step they’ve exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly, caring, and always willing to help — even when I know they’re busy or not feeling their best.
At this pharmacy, the patient truly comes first. On tough days, the technicians at the front have made me laugh or simply shown empathy when I needed it most. I’ve also received much more counseling lately, which has helped me better understand what I’m taking and feel more confident about my medications.

“Stopped in while passing through and it’s nice sized exchange & military clothing store. The staff inside the clothing was friendly and helpful and went out of her way to help get some plastic covering for a challenge coin wall mount. The main area is clean and the floors was gleaming. It’s nicely stocked with merchandise; clothing, shoes, TVs & electronics, personal hygiene, grills & outdoor patio sets and military souvenirs, just like other military exchanges they have discounted items. The lady at cashier could’ve been more friendlier and I didn’t understand why my wife and me both had to show our ID, never had that happened before. Perhaps some better training on the issue.”
“Average. No cashiers at busy hours. I want someone to check me out. I don't work for Walmart. However always well stocked Today 8/2025 Everything was good. Plenty of cashiers open and friendly.

“I stopped going to family dollar long ago due to the atmosphere, the filth, clutter and extremely rude and non caring personnel. I have gone back and OMG WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Clean, appealing, organized, in date products and Mr Kenneth. Was an absolute gem! With him running this store. We will all go back to shopping Family dollar! Great job to whomever found this guy and put him in this store! Thank you!”

“Maybe it was just me but I was there the day after Christmas. Very little was marked down or had a red sticker. Places usually have after Christmas markdowns....not Ross. But maybe they usually dont. The cashier was awesome!! Didn't want to forget that part.”
