“I had one of the best in-store experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I went in to add a line to my service for my daughter, and we were having a lot of issues with the phone being locked. I honestly didn’t even realize what was wrong, and it felt overwhelming.
The team was incredibly patient, helpful, and determined. They worked together and refused to give up until they found the best solution. Not only did they fix the issue, but my daughter ended up being blessed with an even better phone.
This week has been extremely hard for me due to the passing of my mother, and I walked into the store already feeling emotionally overwhelmed. The kindness, compassion, and teamwork they showed meant more than they will ever know. They didn’t expect anything in return — they were just genuinely helpful.
Because of this experience, I’m staying with Verizon forever. That small encounter will stay with me for a lifetime. I’m beyond grateful.”
“Great customer service. Calvin went the extra mile to make sure we got what we requested. Hard to find great customer service nowadays. We'll definitely be back more often.”

“I will spare you the details but this is a five-star review on the account of the gentleman who was in the store today.. the woman who was counting the money could get locked up again and have to find another job for all I care.. I've never had such a split experience in a store in my life.. one person completely willing to help me and then the other completely intolerant to helping either her coworker or helping me.. I don't even know if it's either of them or if it's just more of this Tennessee mismanagement.. companies seem to want to manage their business by limiting the effectiveness and service of their business in order to drive profits.. there should be no reason why a store is counting money, putting away a truck and helping customers with just two people. Upper management needs to assist there retail associates in between shift changes.
More importantly management needs to speak to the woman with the 15-in long nails and the pound of makeup on her face about how when a customer looks you in your eyes and says goodbye you normally say goodbye back.. again the dude was awesome but the chick really needs an attitude adjustment that only God can give her”
“I don't shop here a lot but the times I have, it's been fine. The employees are friendly and the store is clean. 4 stars instead of 5 only because they don't always have what I'm looking for.”
