Josh, the store manager, was also awesome—super professional, helpful, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. And Jaylen, the assistant manager, was terrific! He brought great energy and was very supportive throughout my visit.

“So I walk in, someone says WELCOME TO 7/11, I responded with,THANK YOU, someone said YOU'RE WELCOME....I almost fell out, no one has ever responded back. Found who the person was, as I checked out. I told her, but I want everyone to know "TT" made my day. She meet my energy with her energy!!!!! I loved it, wish I was closer to this store. It would be MY go to.”

“Super customer service! Thank you to Dylan and David for their expertise in electronics. Needed to upgrade phone and obtain a smart watch; they where able to get me a upgraded phone, select a watch and lower my month phone contact by $40 a month. They explained every step so that I understood the process. The phone and watch are working great. Thanks guys!”
