“I am so happy I chose this store today! I had went to 2 other locations and was unable to find someone to help me with my account and service, also was trying to get an upgrade that 1 of the other stores refused was available to me.Once I got to this Metro Pcs I was immediately kindly helped with all of my account issued, was happily given the upgrade I knew was available to me. All while having my phone processed was offered water while j waited and treated as kindly as ever. It was worth the 35 minutes drive to finally get the help I was trying to get.100% problem free and had an amazing customer service experience on every level. ?Thanks guys! ?”

“Great switch. Jessica ( Jess) at the Hermitage location was so patient and friendly helping me switch two phones from the expensive carriers (you know V ) There are lots of steps into switching. First I was referred by a long time Cricket customer so I had confidence that I was doing the right thing ( the best service for the best value). I am a Senior Citizen so just knowing the jargon and where to find the numbers is mind blowing. Jessica and her staff walked me through the process. The V has no customer support that you can call, apps? I hate those. Now I know that Jessica will help me whenever I need help . I have a business card with her name and phone. Better than the machines and online BS. I highly recommend ( especially for seniors) to drop by and ask for Jessica.”
