“Great customer service, but if any executive sees these reviews. You all really need to train associates on credit card promotions. I asked 3 associates in the store about any promotions and none of them could tell me anything about the credit card besides what they saw on the banners hanging in the stores. If you want to hit numbers, you have to do the training.”

“Great place for many essential products. From hardware to garden/farm supplies, and a decent clothing selection. The staff is very helpful. This is my go to place for garden and raised bed soil. I choose tractor supply for those times when I know what I am looking for can't be found at most big box stores. They generally have what I am looking for.”

“We had taken our car in for service. It was busy as usual on a weekend day. Most of the workers were too busy or doing tasks to assist us. “My friend John and I were shopping for Christmas Angels. We do this every year through our employer. You know the drill. Donations are taken and all the money collected to provide for children less fortunate than others. It’s very rewarding to be able to do this every year.
But…. During our shopping, John And I struggle when it comes to buying clothes for children. The sizes make no sense and we find ourselves looking for an unsuspecting female shopper so that we can pick their brain for help in sizing children’s clothes.
Not tonight! We found an employee named Peri. She was outstanding!!! She led us to everything we needed and helped us get sizes for these children that we needed. Unfortunately, we were unable to thank her appropriately. She was called away for some other matter.
The fellow in the electronics department was a great help too. I think his name was Josh. (Not sure)

“I had several returns to make at Walmart today, and Kosha at Customer Service made the entire process incredibly easy. She was exceptionally polite, friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Even with multiple returns, she handled everything quickly and accurately while still making me feel welcomed and never rushed.
Great customer service can completely change someone’s experience, and Kosha is a perfect example of that. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out to me. “This target is located about 5 minutes from Costco in Murfreesboro Tennessee. It has multiple Tesla charging stations in the parking lot. Whenever we do a Costco run we charge here get a few things that Costco doesn't carry.”
