“Great customer service, but if any executive sees these reviews. You all really need to train associates on credit card promotions. I asked 3 associates in the store about any promotions and none of them could tell me anything about the credit card besides what they saw on the banners hanging in the stores. If you want to hit numbers, you have to do the training.”
“I cant give enough stars to Kiauna at the MAC makeup counter. She is so knowledgeable and good at what she does! She colormatched me with makeup and explained how to apply it she gave me a sample of some cream to use and wrote on the box when to apply it. The makeup is very high quality and the service was above and beyond. If you are in the market for makeup go see Kiauna you will not be disappointed.”
“We had taken our car in for service. It was busy as usual on a weekend day. Most of the workers were too busy or doing tasks to assist us. A nice young man by the name of Hayden noticed and asked if we needed help. He was amazing, and made a huge difference in our experience. Thanks Hayden...we'll be back because of you!!”

“This was my first visit to Home Sense in Murfreesboro. I've been to HomeGoods many times and Home Sense is a larger, more warehouse type feel with a very nice selection, especially of larger items.
The staff was very friendly and I found them to be helpful.
The bathrooms were not very well kept... I'd give the bathroom about a 4 out of 10, but that wouldn't be a reason to keep me away.”

“I am writing to share my positive experience at this Walmart. I found the location to be exceptionally clean and well-stocked, and I was able to find several items that are unavailable at my local store. The friendly staff also made the visit very pleasant.
I would like to offer one piece of feedback regarding the checkout process. I found the checkout stands to be quite small. When shopping with a full cart, it becomes difficult to manage bagged items while simultaneously unloading the remaining groceries.
Despite this challenge, the overall quality of the store and the professionalism of the team make the 20-minute drive worthwhile.”

“I do doordash and i come to this store a lot (like 5 times a day). Sometimes when I come in during the day, some items are missing and Simone is the best employee ever. She is so helpful and always helps me find the items. She goes above and beyond and always has a smile on her face. During the night shift, Tristan is also extremely helpful. He knows where everything is and always brings ms the missing items. He’s super knowledgeable! They are both amazing and I wouldn’t be able to do it without them.”
