However, there have been reports of shoplifting incidents, which is concerning. The pharmacy could use some improvements, with customers mentioning issues with staffing and wait times. All the employees were very nice and always are I left another big chain drug store to come to CVS 7 years ago and I'm glad I did.

My experience here has been terrible. Every time I come to pick up my prescription I make at least 3 trips to tell them to fill it and for them to tell me it’s not ready yet.
